Ordered online for pickup in store. Received txt to say i had collected, phoned store who were unable to find order on system. They contacted head office.

Recontacted store again as received no callback, head office confirmed order and i was told call to store to collect.

Called to store and again ran into issues as not on order system, item was found after 10 minutes.

I wont be using click and collect again.

Got item home and broke after use, would not recommend poor quality product.

Friendly and quick service

Absolutely fantastic service today from Jamie, Fionn and David. Excellent customer care as always. Jamie carried to car as i have Multiple Sclerosis and walk with a stick. Above and beyond exceptions and very friendly.

Very easy transaction via the website, confirmed within the hour plus very competitive pricing.

My experience was excellent. I ordered online at 9pm on Thursday and my patio set was ready for collection at 10am on Friday morning. The set was brought from the store on a pallet truck to my van in the car park and I was assisted in putting my purchase into it.
First class customer service.

Picked up two LED hanging lights at around £125 each this morning using the “click and collect” service. Can’t believe the appalling state of the packaging, evidencing that *both* boxes and internal wrapping have been opened previously and very poorly put together again. Makes one very much regret dealing with this store and wishing we had just bought used items from someone who would, in all likelihood, have shown much more care and consideration. Can’t deal with this team again. Happy to share photographs if anyone interested.

Helpful staff efficiently dealt with an unavailable item in my click & collect order, refunding me the value of it.
One individual offered to remove a spider from my new plant pot for me, if I was scared of them. Excellent customer service 🙂

Store manager Aaron was extremely helpful. Great customer service he helped me order the perfect bathroom suggesting alternatives and coming up with a perfect package. It was a pleasure to shop at homebase with Aaron’s assistance. Highly recommend five stars.

Jamie was quick, friendly, helpful, and informative. Made the experience excellent.

The kitchen design team were brilliant-their suggestions and advice on my kitchen project was excellent.At no stage was there a hard sell.The planning experience was stress free despite me changing my mind on handles and worktop on several occasions.A great team with a real love of the job providing an excellent service.

Nothing was a problem

The woman behind the desk was having a conversation with another colleague while she served a lady in front on me then continued on when I was being served! Also have a personality of a brick! There was no thanks from her at all! To busy with her conversation else where

We visited Homebase on Saturday 13th April
to buy a new T.V unit, we were met with excellent customer service by a staff member named Alain. He went above and beyond throughout the whole experience to help us with our purchase including taking it to our car. He was very friendly, warm and professional and made the whole experience very pleasant, I would recommend this store to anyone we were treated with care and respect.

Quick delivery. Good communication about my order and tracking it. Prompt, friendly, helpful service.

The wrong shelving units were set aside.

I visited the Galwally store (store 000674) for paint. I met Matthew and he was great. Very knowledgable and extremely helpful. Nothin was a bother to help me with. Chatted away and fave great advice. Alsp dealt with 2 other men too. David was one and another who mixed paint for me too. I have to say i really enjoyed my visits as I was treated sp well and they were all extremely helpful.

Most people only ever tell you when they have had a bad experience. I wanted to tell you how good the staff were.

Could easily exchange a product . Customer Service Rep called Will was wonderfully helpful
