Canceled a collection order its been weeks trying to get my money back never again will I shop here.

I have purchased a lot from Homebase…
I have purchased a lot from Homebase and will do again but I was just a little upset that I picked the black and white coat hangers and when I arrived I was given all white ones , all 40 of them .(4 packs of 10)
The girl was adamant that’s what I picked , on further investigation the actual website was false advertising saying black and white hangers 10 pack and they weren’t actually there .
I came away with the white ones wishing I had just left them as I did want black .
Being petty over hangers I know but what I bought and what I got were 2 different things

Product was poorly packaged and the…
Product was poorly packaged and the frame glass smashed to pieces. Took it back to the shop after delivery. They were apologetic and gave a refund as there was not a similar product to swap with. They were not surprised I had received a broken item.

Delighted with chairs
Delighted with chairs, sturdy & good quality, managed to get them in the sales & delivery options/updates were suitable also the chairs were packaged well & the chaps put the items in my dining room, overall good service & furniture from Homebase.

Ordered a slim Christmas tree online for click and collect and the order was ready within the hour, the tree was exactly as described - excellent service and efficient staff at the Hamilton store
