Adam was fantastic
Adam was fantastic, answering all questions and sending changes we were making very quickly. We changed our kitchen plan several times, which was no trouble for him, also following up with the new quotes. We were kept informed the whole time which was great as we were a distance away and couldn't just pop into store.

Very helpful fork lift driver
The forklift driver was able to load the large toolbox straight into my van with no hassle and also allowed me to return the packaging and pallet for recycling

Ordering On Line
Having ordered online and attended at store I could have fetched the item quicker myself than the time I waited. I was informed my order was ready for collection, clearly not the case as I had to wait until a member of staff was available to collect from sales floor .. something I could have done myself.

Good shelves
Bought shelves that were on clearance that would fit perfectly in a cupboard to make a little larder. They were a good price and the staff had them all ready for me to pick up at the desk.
