Ordering by click and collect is easy to do on-line and when I have the time. It means I haven't forgotten anything on my list that I need to do each DIY job. Staff are always friendly and helpful in store. I save time and money by not wondering around the store trying to find what I need. Plus it curbs the temptation of placing other items in my basket until I'm on that project. Great service and way to shop.

The assistant took our goods to the car and unloaded them into the car
This was very much appreciated as it was a heavy load and she arranged them in the car to make it easier for us to unload when home
She was very conscious not to overload our car weight
She was also very pleasant and helpful
The goods we had ordered were ready for our click & collect so the whole experience was excellent

Easy to collect order. I had an issue with some of the wood being in poor condition but the lady who served me was really helpful and swapped them no issue.

Swiftly my order was ready to collect in store! The store was very bare though as if it is closing? The staff were brilliant and very polite and helpful.

Ordered two bird baths. One was fine the other one had one of the birds broken off. Kept them both had partial refund and repaired it.

Purchased Christmas tree and tree skirt via click and collect at Huntingdon store. Really pleased with the service, when I arrived at the store my items were behind the till area waiting for collection. Straight in, straight out, brilliant service.

You only gave 2 of the items to be collected. So had to do 2 trips.

Ordered 2 items, one delivered to correct store other item sent elsewhere. Waste of time and money on a 20 mile round trip that I could hardly afford
