Homebase - Ledbury Avaliações 

I wanted to Click and Collect on a particular shelf unit at my local Homebase n Ledbury, but the website indicated that none were in stock there - the nearest being in a couple of larger stores 20 miles distant. Got through to Paul (the Ledbury Manager) on the landline for a moan, but he said that they happened to have that very model as a display for cushions. He volunteered to move the cushions elsewhere and put the unit behind the counter for me to collect. Arrived bright and early this morning to do the deal to find - O double joy! - that there was also a 15% discount. Imagine my treble joy when Richard lifted it out to my car. Now that's what I call good service......

I went to collect my online order and they then helped me find other diy items and answered my questions. Nothing was too much trouble and was done with smiles and good humour. These staff are a credit to you!

Lovley garden centre really lovely staff very helpful

I was served by a man called “Adam” according to my receipt. He had no name tag and no uniform on. He barely said good morning to me I had no eye contact at all. He was more focused on telling the younger member of staff about putting something in the warehouse. I wasn’t impressed with the service and felt if I was a bother being there. Won’t be back to the Ledbury branch in a rush! Seed selection was well stocked and tidy. Service at the counter by this member of staff let the store down.
