Came into store to pick up a wall fitting which we had seen online. We couldn’t find it when looking in store, but when we went to the customer service desk, Shirley was very helpful and found the fitting quickly for us. Thanks

Visited the store today as we were looking for a outdoor table glass top as previously purchased an outdoor table and garden set a couple of years ago , unfortunately the glass shattered so went to see if there was a resolution. Anthony from your store was absolutely amazing in helping us sort out our dilemma, thank you Anthony for your help today x

Went to buy some plants and was blown away by the range and quality of the plants in the outside garden area

Ordered plant pot saucers on line at 1pm Sunday and picked up 40 minutes later with no queuing. Back in the garden by 2pm. Easy peesy.

Item was ready very quickly. Easy to put together, no tools required seems quite sturdy

but.. someone needs to check the wording on the box "for hoses up to 45cm long". Surely should be 45 Metres long, not Centimeters!!

Officious and sullen staff, they seem not geared to good customer service, or helping to resolve your issue.
TBH, main competitor is no better, this is why I tried Homebase.
Death of bricks and mortar is inevitable with customer service this poor.

Had an issue with some varnish the other day. Spoke to a member of staff, name of Donnelle. She was excellent, went the extra mile to resolve my problem, perfect customer service. Donnelle is a credit to your company.

Ordered 4 lovely hanging baskets...on clearance £7.50 each instead of £15.00..end of stock...picked up and three had no chains....so had to go to b and q to buy three 4 chain to hang them on each costing £6.70...so no bargain

Grand customer service with a helpful smile

The staff were really helpful in helping me get the right product and very cheerful. Made shopping a pleasure.

Had to wait in all day for the garden set to be delivered.
Then when unpacked one of the chairs was faulty (powder coating was coming away) and the table had bent metal work.

Greeted with friendly smile and the woman immediate knew where my items were and made sure they were clean before handing over to me.

Delivery disaster solved in a very professional way by manager Neil and his team, Gary, Shirley, Anthony and Steph.

We placed an order for a garden furniture set and awaited delivery. Unbeknown to us, it was a split delivery. We were told by text to expect delivery with in a 2 hour window around lunch time. I tracked its progress until delivery was immanent. Suddenly my phone pinged telling me my order had been delivered and was on my door step. When I looked, it was just the barbecue in a huge box. How was I going to carry this into my garden? I tested my door bell and it was working but not used by the delivery people. There then followed frantic phone calls to find out where the rest of the order was. It seemed another delivery company was bringing it. Four hours later, the van arrived only to find that there were items missing. Another phone call and the branch agreed to take the missing items from their display for my collection, rather than to wait for another delivery day. When we collected, we were treated absolutely fantastic by Neil and his team and he sorted out a form of compensation that we didn’t expect. It was quite overwhelming, well done Homebase!

It was easy to find the items I wanted at the store I wanted.
Placing the order and paying for the items was easy.
Collecting the items was simple and the lady member of staff was lovely.
A great experience.

I asked for 6 boxes of a product and they had picked 2 of what I ordered and 4 different product.
