Great service from staff in-store. Stock was available within an hour of ordering.

Store was clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful,a great place for you're DIY project

The store manager was incredibly helpful in sorting out my issue. Never had a bad experience in this store.

The order was ready when they said it would be and the lady who helped me was really friendly.

So firstly id bought the wrong cube and had to go find another one.
Then i was meant to have 12 cubes i only had 10 and paid for 2 additional to make it 12 but there was only 10 at home.
Once i put the unit up, there was a chip at the edge of it.
I went back to the store, showed the photo and then my phone decided to die on me.
No discount offered, instead i have dismantle the thing bring it back and build another one up.
Im a skinny lady my health nor my strength can take all this. So now i have to wait a week till someone can come and dismantle etc which is of course at a cost for me.
I do like homebase and i think my whole house a homebase showhome but on this occasion you didnt keep up you good name.
Not very happy.

I used click and collect and the whole experience was so easy and straightforward.
The lady who served me at the collection point was very helpful and friendly.

Good customer service, great and friendly staff

The piece of furniture I ordered, was delivered in good condition. The delivery driver and assistant were curtious, polite and helpful.

I had a job to find the entrance to homebase MK .I could see the building and went wrong a few times trying to find the entrance .With homebase on you left it's easy to drive past it which I did once and nearly twice.I had ordered a 3 meter upstand for my kitchen worktop.It had been stood on its end and was quite bent when I got it .At the moment it's bow up on my lounge floor ,I am hoping it will straighten back out . Otherwise all ok but it can be quite expensive in there and therefore not the first place I look for things.

During the past month I have made many purchases all of which have met my expectations, both in quality and value. However recently when opening my parcel one item, despite the protective packaging was severely damaged. This was reported to Customer Service, the adviser was extremely helpful and has taken steps to rectify the problem by replacing it.
Delivery is anticipated in the next few days.

Ordered click and collect Christmas lights as our outside ones suddenly failed.
Many shops had sold out but Homebase had a good supply and were 25% off too.
Very pleased with the quality of the lights too.

Hi happy with my purchase but not happy with delivery. It cost me £6.00 for delivery and was left outside our building not even delivered to my door. I had to ring down to our reception and luckily someone found it outside the door at the back of the building. So feel like that I should be refunded for my delivery cost as if someone hadn’t reported it I wouldn’t have known. We live in a retirement village with 300 apartments.

The Xmas willow tree had a fault and your staff member wouldn't exchange it, and another member of staff said you didn't have anymore. She lied, you had 8 in stock. In the end we had to video the fact it didn't work and take it back again with the video to prove it didn't work. Very poor customer service. The member of staff was on your click and collect where we picked it up from and even though she plugged it in and it worked wouldn't take my word that it was faulty. Should not be on a customer service desk in any way or fashion. I work in retail and if I gave this sort of attitude I would be disciplined. Not what I expect from Homebase. It wasn't as if we didn't want the product, only a replacement. Once we got the new one home it was fine and we are pretty sure it was the adapter that was faulty as we could tell the difference between the 2.
