I went deliberately to buy tester pots, all showing 90% off, 50% off, not the big tins.
At the till it showed over £16 for 6 piddly pots, even their own brand.
Questioning, I was patronized with the 'oh no, you've had a discount applied and some are 50% off'..
How many people have not checked their receipts if making multiple purchases?
The markers clearly do not advise FROM..
No wonder they've gone bust.

I bought an outside storage unit which I found to be damaged when I got home. It was agreed I could return and change it.
The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. I was impressed by their customer-relation skills - so often lacking in some stores today. Well done Homebase in Morecambe. David Martin, Windermere.

I would have preferred to have found the dustpan and brush in-store on my first visit but as it was no longer stocked at Morecambe, I came home and ordered it online. It was only a couple of days until I got the message that it had been delivered to store. So easy to order online.

Easy online ordering. I requested click and collect and this worked perfectly. The item was waiting for me at the appointed store. Easy - easy! 10 out of 10

My first time shopping at Homebase today and I will definitely be going back. All the staff was nice and helpful but Steve and Stuart C are such lovely people. They were more than happy to drop what they was doing to help me with the flooring I wanted. Funny too actually, I needed a good laugh after the day I’ve had so thank you both 👍🏻

Liked the fact we could click and collect our order an hour after ordering.

Ordered my paint and very quickly a text came through saying ready to collect, very fast service. Came into store the paint was ready and waiting, super fast transaction.

Easy ordering on line. On collection the goods were taken out to the car for me by a very helpful member of staff
