I purchased a black 80l dustbin. I had to get it from a shelf outside. The bin ha alot of rain water inside which came all over me. I was soaking wet, after the checkout I had to go home and change.

Click and collect worked very well but the galvanized incinerator was rusty in places and the screws so rusty they were unusable. It had obviously been left outside in the store for a considerable time.

I purchased a lovely Christmas lights set, reindeer and sleigh, at Homebase recently. Due to limited stock it couldn't be delivered, it could only be Click & Collect. I ordered & paid for the set online. The order was ready shortly, I was notified via sms and email about it. I went to the store and collected the lights. While in the shop, I bought a nice & funny money box for one of grandsons. Overall, it was a shopping great experience. And my husband and I love the deer! We created a great outdoor Christmas scene! As we loved the reindeer very much, we also bought gift boxes lights from the same range to add to our collection and the Christmas scene.

When my partner rushed in to pick up our already ordered and paid-for Click and Collect Roller Blinds product, one of the three blinds ready to be collected was actually the wrong shade of white, but being tired at the end of a working day my partner didn't notice so the next day he had to return the blind to the store and was even asked by the assistant to go and find the correct shade himself with which to replace the wrong one!
