I ordered 10 40 litre bags of Compost yesterday. Had a message an hour later ready for pickup. Went today to pick it up. It was ready on a trolley ready to wheel to the car. Seeing i was on a crutch, the attendant got someone right away to wheel it to the car. And loaded it in the boot for me. OUTSTANDING SERVICE.

The member of staff was very helpful and arranged the heavy item, a BBQ, to be wheeled to our car. The item was a real bargain, good quality and the whole experience was very positive. So much so that we also bought two garden chairs and 5 solar lights!

The online price was better than in store, I think you would sell more if people knew what the correct price was on the item rather than waiting for the till scanner

Recently bought two light fittings. Helped by James, who went above and beyond to locate one product missing from the fixtures. He let us look inside the packaging to ensure we liked the product as it was not on display. Both James and the cashier were friendly and helpful. Very happy customer!!

I visited the truro store recently and purchased some garden furniture. Unfortunately when we got it home it was damaged which could have been our fault transporting it. I went back the next day to pick up something else I purchased and saw Paul again and explained what had happened. He found a replacement in the warehouse something I was not expecting at all. He was friendly and very attentive each time we visited the store.Great customer service.

I paid £6 for next day delivery ,I received the item 4 days delivery , totally wrong size & colour it was sorted after a week waiting ,No apology or refund for delivery ,Not a happy customer ,M Moore

Went into the Truro store to buy a garden sofa set. The team were amazing, they showed us a returned option that had some hidden damage and gave us a good discount... we're delighted and Tracey, Wayne and Paul could not have been more helpful. A credit to the business.

Went to the Truro store to purchase a Powerbase battery pruning saw as the website stated Truro had five in stock. There was none on the shop floor so went to Customer Services to ask. An assistant was promptly assigned to help and went to the stock room where one was located for me.
The website said there was 20% off the item but at the checkout there didn’t seem to be - I was told it was a website offer only. I then said I would do click & collect to get the 20% off but the assistant kindly reduced the price by 20% without me having to do click & collect which was the most sensible thing to do. Overall I felt valued as a customer, the service was quick as queues were small and assistant Tracy C who facilitated everything was great. Good customer service and I pleased with the product.

Called in to try and locate a particular garden set after exhausting other avenues, Wayne the point of contact was absolutely amazing. Despite not having stock he held the display set for us until we got there the following day and gave us a fantastic deal on the goods. My partner and I couldn’t be happier, Wayne is one hell of a salesman and brilliant people person.
