Bought a mini chainsaw for my wife online and click and collected the next day,no problems,Sue Patel on the click and collect counter was very polite and friendly and a pleasure to deal with when I collected the chainsaw.Now to test it out.

Visited Homebase today to buy potting grit. The area where it is normally stocked was sold out ! We saw an assistant helping another lady load her trolley. When he had finished we asked him for his help too. This young man checked the stock levels, collected the grit and put it into our trolley. He was extremely helpful, chatty and obviously happy in his work. This young man’s name is Sonita/ Richie.

Great welcome today as we walked in. What a great chap meeting and greeting (3.30pm Sat 15th June at Wolverhampton Store). All quick and easy for C&C :-)

Ordering was easy and the wait was about a quarter of what was expected. Customer services were great. When we got to the car we noticed that one of the items was damaged so we went back in and it was swapped with zero fuss.

Collected after ordering online at Homebase Wolverhampton.The box was open and the lady handing over says all is ok.
Surprisingly at home I find all parts missing except pipe.
Pathetic service

Visited the Wolverhampton store to buy fence paint. We couldn’t find the quantity we needed on the shelf but were helped by Tony who went over and above to help us find more stock. Nothing was too much trouble for him. We purchased 4 tins in stock and Sonita was helpful on the desk by taking my details to contact us when more stock arrived.Other staff were friendly too.Came away feeling very valued as a customer. Thank you Homebase Wolverhampton.

My parcel was handed to me straightaway on showing my order number. Straight and straight out of the shop it was ready and waiting

The item I purchased was unavailable even though it showed as in stock. This isn’t the first time I’ve been in this situation at Homebase. Perhaps you need to be looking at how stock is recorded.
I have given you 5*s purely based on the lady who saw my distress and came up with a solution. She went over and above, I didn’t catch her name (orange parka), thank you!

I went to my local w-ton Homebase store to buy bags of compost. The bags were wet with mud. I approached Richie, who kindly swept the bags to remove the mud. Excellent service from a great character

If you need a kitchen go to the Wolverhampton Homebase .I had great customer service from the kitchen staff mainly Faruk.He helped to get my faulty chairs replaced too.Thank you
