Bought the Harris 5 Drawers Tallboy.
The good, delivery was fast (though no email when they shipped). I received all the parts, not damaged.
The bad, the draws are much darker than shown on the website. I emailed them, but never heard back.
It's a cheap set of draws, so set your expectations to the price. They function as draws, but don't expect quality.
Be careful they do not have a phone number. I ordered a set of draws and was sent faulty products by their own admission. Also very poor quality. I had professional company assemble them for me and when I got home that company told me they were very poorly made and had faulty stickers on them. They won’t take them back or refund unless I disassemble and put it back in the original packing. Too hard!! No refund for faulty product. The drawers were damaged and very poor quality aside from the actual damage. I think they hope you will just go away. 3 days between emails and never fully answer your questions.
I bought a mattress. Coincidentally although not crazy expensive, the most expensive one on their website.
I bought a firm mattress, this one was called Premier Back Support etc.
3 months later the mattress was sagging and hurting my back, which is the reason I replaced my old one. Yes, not expensive but I only planned on using it for a year or two then downsizing my bed.
I continued to sleep on it, rotating (not flipping as it was not double sided) and it got progressively worse.
I looked for how to contact them, only an email address and website enquiry listed, I looked for them on the companies register, ‘Homemart Ltd’ was removed. So emailed them in order to have a paper trail, they asked for proof, but did not tell me how to achieve this. About a month later I figured out a way to, so I did it, took photos and sent this through.
There is a lump in the middle of the bed, which if there were two people in the bed, would be from head to toes in between. And it is sagging where I sleep which started at the three month mark
They refused to refund. So I took them to the Disputes Tribunal. Neither I nor the tribunal could find their actual address. Company name however is Phoenix Imports Ltd.
Do not deal with them, inferior products, false advertising and terrible customer service. It was a different person every time once I found a way to actually contact them.
We will await to see the outcome,
Phoenix Imports Limited, trading as HomeMart, has greatly disappointed us. Their product failed within the warranty period, yet they refused to replace or refund it, claiming it was due to normal wear and tear. We are a two-person household, and the product was only used once a day. Our previous barstools were inexpensive and lasted eight years, while the HomeMart product, which cost twice as much, broke after less than a year. Their response was very disappointing, and we will not be purchasing from them again.
Update on Desk. Have received a reply and had part of the desk refunded. However I discovered other issues. Emailed again and haven’t received a response in a month. Really bad service I’d say. Not taking responsibility for their actions.
I read many negative reviews right after I placed my order and was extremely nervous that I would also fall victim to a scam. To my surprise, I received my order tracking number immediately and received my package two days later! The desk I purchased is great quality, looks exactly like the pictures online. I am useless when it comes to building flat pack furniture, but this was very easy to assemble and came with a screw driver and spare screws! Make sure to check your junk mail as my confirmation email went there. I hope this helps to give customers more reassurance when shopping on this website.
Extremely happy with Homemart's service, the desk came really fast. It came in a flatpack, which took a few hours to put together, with a fantastic end result. My daughter was extremely happy. Good quality, looking exactly like the picture. I would definitely buy from them again. 5 stars.
First time customer and it is one of the worse experience ever. I've been waiting for over 2 weeks and still don't have the tracking number. The only way to communicate is via e-mail and even that takes forever to get a reply. I was told that my item was in the processing stage and should get a tracking number within 2-3 business days. It’s now been over a week and sent a follow up email but no surprises there as I didn’t get a reply yet again. I just hope I get my desk as I need it for WFH. Not recommend at all.

worst experince so far i ordered study table and still waiting to hear from them. my money has been deducted but i still have no confirmation. Tried to contact them and figured out there is no option to except the email. which i sent them few times but no reply yet. i hope i will receive my product otherwise it will be loss of money and time.
This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. Shipping takes forever and their customer care team don't have a clue what is going on.
I bought a side table from their website and I have yet to receive the confirmation email about my purchase. Now I don't even have an order number or a tracking number. They already took the payment and I have contacted them about it but I haven't received anything.

Due to lack of reviews on here, I did have some concerns, but found the store also operates on trademe and seemed to be ligit. It is.
My order was stuck in 'processing' for a few days, and the comms were a bit slow initially, but I think thats because the hours the business operates are not my hours of contact. Dont expect instant communication.
You get what you pay for and its pretty good. The piece of furniture is pleasant and perfect for budget, entry level, or kids. Looks just like the photos. No problems. Thanks very much.
I purchased a desk on this site. The product arrived in three days and it is according to was specified. I just don't give five stars because the site doesn't provide any phone number or physical address of the company. The only way to contact them is by e-mail (and about that, always look in your Spam folder in case you didn't get any e-mail).
