It’s taken me far too long to leave this review, but I absolutely adore the furniture from this business! The purchase of our cabinet for our kitchen is our second from Homesdirect365. We previously purchased a dining table and chairs. The quality is amazing and we love the quirkiness of the furniture we now have. The staff are friendly and very, very helpful.

Homedirect365 the company product quality and customer service are poor at best. Communication is non-existent. Having ordered a Rustic Hand Carved Wooden coat stand in November 2024 with an estimated delivery date of January 2025, it never arrived.

Having contacted the company on numerous occasions and being given misleading information of delivery dates, it eventually arrived in April 2025, 5 months after the order date. The quality was inferior to the design advertised on their website it was basically a polished tree trunk that had been given a destressed appearance by burning it with a blow torch. Now October 6 months after delivery the coat stand has a large crack down the middle of the trunk.

Homedirect365 have to be the worst company I've dealt with ever, never again and suggest you avoid them too.

Thieves. Kept delaying my order for months, and when they finally gave me a delivery date, they conveniently went into administration days before it was due! Clearly knew they would not fulfil my order and still went onto take my money. I also saw the exact items I ordered being sold on auction on Simon Charles. If you had my items why didn’t you just deliver them to me? Not only did you steal £400 from me, you went onto make additional profit via auction, it’s unbelievable.

Took our money in April and 2 weeks later went into receivership, they must of known and no refund ,I'm really annoyed 😒

Thought I was dealing with a reputable Company …
I honestly don’t know how they got away with taking money of people known they were going bankrupt ?
Conveniently change my order date to the day they announced they went into administration .
They should be jailed the lot of them , nothing more than theft , took money known full well they couldn’t provide goods .
If what they’ve done to me and others isn’t against the law , then there should be a law to protect consumers from companies that have mislead their consumers .
How do you sleep at night .

Ordered a coat stand (£200) in December 2024, knew from previous experience with them it can take a while to receive, was told end of January 25 it would be delivered. I chased as this date passed, to be told they were experiencing delays in containers getting through (believable due to unrest in major logistics routes) was told it would now be start of March. That date passed and I chased, was told I was stuck in customs but would be delivered soon, chased again start of April, but then got nothing. Chased constantly, but got nothing until notice of administration! I paid on debit card and could not claim back from my bank as too much time had passed so my money is lost, as are many others. I’m sure all our furniture will get sold again by the administrators to another trade outlet to then be sold again to unsuspecting customers! If they hadn’t strung me along I may have been able to get my money back :-(

Placed an order, last year in November (2024) paid over £150 for coffee table , waited since , with lots of excuse's and promises it will be definitely next month and like that went moth after month. In may 2025 I asked for a full refund as my item wasn’t delivered. They told me they did a full refund, when I’ll get money back in 10 working days . Had nothing back by now , not answering on email/ phone calls . I guess I won’t get them back . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM ‼️‼️‼️

They knew they were going bust yet still took orders of over £1000. my delivery of furniture was due for delivery the day before they went bust.i don’t know why they couldn’t honour the deliveries if the furniture was there

No stars if I could, waited and waited for order, ridiculous excuses including global shipping problems in the Red Sea ( yes really !!), table never arrived and then company went into administration and they now have the audacity to challenge refund from my bank, utterly disgusted by this company.
Lesson learnt, only buy from a reputable company...

Great bed frame I got from them, delivered on time as well and the delivery guy Karl was a great help. Always great to have a lively happy person who delivers items as Karl was very lively and friendly guy.

I ordered all my bedroom furniture in the beginning of March, and paid for via PayPal payment service, now having keep waiting for delivery dates kept saying running late,but took my money, had a email the 2nd week of June saying that the are insolvency I was devastated as now left with a empty bedroom and no money, I cried 😢 💔. How can you please sleep at night knowing you must of known that you were taking people's money so upset and broken. Sarah

Placed my order at the start of January waited patiently for three months then started getting told the shipment was being held by customs up until they went into administration complete liars and crooks!!

Should be no stars!!Ordered a bespoke wooden coat stand in March and my husband chased up continually and was given excuse after excuse. Only to try ringing them today and they’ve folded. Took our money and other peoples knowing they were going under 🤬

Update on my May 27th review. I have today received a full refund of £799 from PayPal. I urge others who paid by this method to make a case, and hopefully you will also get a refund.

Absolutely a joke never answered phone or message anyone who thinking of ordering stay away

I ordered my furniture with this company in December 2024, total cost £3776. I waited since, countless excuses when attempted for delivery, finally delivery date gave on 28th May, waited all day, emailed the following few days, then finding online permeant closure and gone into administration from 30th May 2025, yet they we’re taking customers order, now lost my money as I paid through my debit card, bank are not liable!!
The company had clear formal commitment of refund, which KBL advisory tells me I lost my money and apparently will not be eligible to claim through small claims court!
A business going into administration/bankruptcy, is a process that takes a few years, therefore the company knew where it was heading as I understand they didn’t pay HMRC. Why do they continue to operate and steal customers money!

I waited more than 6 months and still haven’t received my order. Fobbed off with excuses for the delay and now the company has conveniently gone into administration just before the delivery date I was given. Received an email from the administraors some company called kbl advisory, replyed and heard nothing. tried to find telephone number and website and they are wrong numbers or webpage doesnot load. Homesdirect clearly took orders knowing they wouldn’t be able to fulfill them, which is outright theft. think they must own kbl advisory as they are just as bad.

Placed an order took my money then 5 days later went into administration. All lines of communication closed. Not happy

I made the terrible error of pruchasing a clothing hanger. Then was sent an email it would take two months to deliver. Two months!!! Then sent another email it would take three more months. Then asked for a refund and it took 10 emails filled with promises and no refund to be seen. And now their emails are bouncing back.

Note that this is all because I made the decision to buy one thing from this company. The mismanagement levels there are truly impressive.

Just found out they went out of business and have been stalling me for refunds because they never intended to refund.

I ordered a root bench last year and it was what I was looking for the right size but I kept phoning and they told me it was a delay with shipping and that I would have an email last week for delivery but guess what company has gone into administration and now it looks like I can’t get my bench and to top it all I paid by PayPal and did not know you have 180 days and I’m just out of it so fuming it would probably go to auction for a cheap price and that makes me feel angry won’t be using PayPal again either.
