Home services Assistance came to fix an issue with our radiators. The engineer was called Joe( Cordery) and arrived as promised on time to fix valves on our system.
Joe was friendly, professional and very informative. He explained from start to finish what he was doing and why and was very clean in his working environment.
I would strongly recommend both the company for their efficiency and good communication with a special commendation to Joe.

Our boiler had failed and needed to be replaced, along with the corroded flue. Joe Coy, with Peter, installed the new Vaillant boiler in one day with the minimum of fuss, even though the flue was not straightforward. All very efficient, left clean and tidy, and working well. Joe's knowledge of the product was especially impressive and reassuring.

As previously reported, Joe Coy of Home Services Assistance repaired my 45 year old heating system (rads and hot water) that was in a mess. To complete the work he installed the HIVE digital heating management system app to my iPhone so I can control my heating and lighting whilst I am away from home. A great app and fitted with a smile by a quality tradesman (complete with a masterclass on how to use it.) Well done Joe AGAIN.

Had to call out for an engineer due to problems with my boiler, I talked to a man on the phone who arranged everything. Think his name was Kieran? he was really polite and understanding because I had no idea what to do! Engineer came fast, was professional and solved the problem straight out. Super happy!

We have just purchased our first home and in Sharrow in December and the boiler decided to breakdown. Home services came out to look at it and advised it was beyond repair and we needed a new boiler. We didn’t think it looked that old so we decided to get a second opinion. They next guy came out and replaced a part, pumped something up with a bike pump and then serviced it. total cost was £95 I was very surprised as Home services told us we needed a new boiler when we didn’t. they tried to sell us a Vaillant boiler costing ££££. our existing boiler was only 8 yrs old.

Arranging an engineer to come out was easy and the problem with our boiler was fixed within a week as we had to wait a few days for parts. The engineers who came were very friendly, polite and professional.

The problem we have is the fault was as a result of a previous home service but we still had to pay the £99 callout fee. We explained and a complaint was raised but we still have not received a refund or a call back from the complaints department.

The engineer was polite and took PPE safety measures without being asked. He did a great job and informed myself of all the work he carried out.

Very polite professional and clean. Worked on the boiler and solved the problem with no fuss. Arrived at the agreed appointment time, if not a little earlier. An all round good job

Came out to fix my auntie boiler and made it worse. It wasn’t working when they came but it wasn’t leaking. After they left it stopped working again and started leaking. Tried calling and emailing to get them back but gave up after a week. Got another company in called plumbcare. The owner of home services Kieran was rude and didn’t seem bothered that it was leaking and now causing damage.

Would leave minus stars if it was possible. This company is terrible for communicating with their customers, no feedback regarding boiler repair whatsoever.
Left an elderly couple without heating or hot water for days on end with no consideration for their welfare. Only after hearing from a third party did the couple find out that the boiler wouldn’t be repaired.
Totally and utterly disgusted with the company’s so called service and would definitely warn other people NOT To use them

Laughable. Employ this firm at your own risk.

I have a plan with Home Services and every time I have had to use them, everyone who has come out has been efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable, helping in any way they can and offering advice.

I can't recommend them enough.

Great service and excellent price, got us in and fitted a new boiler after our old one broke and was then condemned by another company. Highly recommend
