I recently purchased a property through Homesure and Amy Boyle was brilliant throughout. Excellent communication, and she made the process as smooth as possible.

Amy (Boyle) was excellent to work with, gave very sound advice and I soon learned I could trust her. She was pro-active and kept me ccd into all relevant communications. I would recommend Amy highly if you are thinking of selling a property on Merseyside. Everything was done quickly and smoothly and Amy always responded quickly to emails and questions. She is clearly very experienced and takes pride in her work.

I recently reduced my house price and once again received a letter sometime in May I think ?
Offering me to contact them for a valuation which on the Saturday I did.
Only to find out that they are not open at weekends although the website says different?.
So I phoned and spoke to Izzy and she gave me the details of their costs.
After contemplating the figures I decided to request a viewing for valuation purposes...but it was on a weekend so I used the online platform and sent a request.
To date I have had no contact from them which is not surprising considering the bad feedback from others.
How can an estate agent not open at weekends and hope to secure a buyer for those who are not that tech savvy but prefer to visit face to face in store?.
Conclusion I will not be moving forward with this agent as they seem to be "playing " at estate agents.
I suppose they will continue to send me letters asking for my business.
However if they cannot do the basics right what chance have they got of securing me a buyer especially at a weekend.

I’m a gas engineer carrying out works for a third party for gas safety checks.
I’m extremely happy with the service and communications by Homesure.
They send me a full breakdown of due dates and tenant details with no cost to the landlords.
I would highly recommend their service and after being a gas fitter for 25 years I’ve got alot of experience with letting agents.
They are extremely professional and very fair on costs.
What makes them different is easy to get hold off and premises that have an ease of parking.

We viewed our flat after quite a few viewings that were unsuccessful and we were getting a bit disheartened with the experience. As soon as we saw the building and the flat itself we knew we loved it and decided to submit interest straight away. I've been with Andrew Louis/Homesure for about 5 years , and they undertake full property management on all eleven of our properties.
Prior to this we self managed. Since they took over we have had zero arrears which was always a huge problem for us.
We now have peace of mind that our properties are managed professionally , bearing in mind the huge amount of extra legislation , which they continually apply and update us with.
The staff have been on the ball all the time, and reply to emails and phone contacts in a timely manner.
They are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and strive to maximise rents where possible, obtaining the best service for clients.
I have been delighted with their service from the outset, and their management fees are very reasonable, and a small price to pay for a great service.

She kept me informed at every stage in selling my property. She is very proactive rather than reactive which has often been my experience in the past with some companies. The Homesure team have managed three properties for my late wife and me for many years. Following the death of my wife, the last two properties have had to be sold which brings my relationship with Homesure to an end. The CEO, Nick Stott, has been great to work with, as has Mark Loughnane who advised on the sales. The culture of the firm is a tribute to them. It can be invidious to single out other team members but I will: Mary Abbott is superb; and Amy's quiet persistence in pushing through the sales has been impressive.
