Customer service is very slow and responsive..i like the products but to return and exchange/refund something forget about it.

One of the best companies I have worked with. Amazing product and customer service. The only gear I wear on the water.

Received an email that my order shipped on 5/7/21. STILL have NOT received my order. Nor have I received a response from my last email that I sent to them asking for an update on my order. Their LACK of concern and LACK of response is a response in my eyes! I sent an email asking for a refund and haven’t had a response from that one either!! Extremely disappointed in the way they treat their customers!

The sizing was off, and I've been trying for over a month to return the item. I can't get ahold of anyone. I received an email that they would send me a return receipt, but still waiting on that as well.

I am a repeat customer! I love the gaitors for lots of reasons. Cool graphics and high tech quality fabrics.

I bought the XL neck gators. I use them for sun protection and can actually pull them over my nose without smashing my nose flat. That makes it more comfortable and makes it easier to breath. Hook 360 is the only site I have found the larger neck gators. I highly recommend them.

Good product, great service, well made and would purchase again.

I’m very pleased with the purchases I’ve made from HOOK360

I do not care for the different fabric you are using from those purchased a year ago.
Some cannot stretch to fit comfortably without feeling a bit choked.
And some roll over, inside out, at the top due to lack of a prominent seam or sewing at the edge. This makes it hard to keep face covered. I don't use them solely as a covid face covering.
Disappointed this time around.

Had to wash my fleece gaiter 4 times. Otherwise I felt I was breathing in some fiber. May be it's an anomaly. Also the fleece one compared to the regular ones is not as tight on me. Still a good gaiter to have for cold winter days!

I got 4 gaiters for my son. They fit perfect and are good quality, very happy! I referred my sister in law for my niece!!

Love your stuff! The shipping is also flawless and fast! I highly recommend you guys to everyone!

Shipping took longer than expected. The weather has warmed and have not needed the product.
