In hindsight, having read several reviews about this company and their customer service or lack thereof, I too have not received my order and it's been 14 days since I placed it. One is almost led to believe that this is a company out to scam customers having a phone number listed on their site which has been disconnected. Not only is this a concern, they fail to return or reply to email correspondence. They're "about us"section which tells the tale of the company and their lackluster attitude towards doing business says it all. I regret placing an order with this company and so will you!!!

you sent me the wrong item. I emailed you and you never responded.

They took forever to ship out my order when I had already received an email stating that order was shipped, so I tried to get ahold of them and took me more then three emails to finally get a response and still took awhile to get my order and when arrived half of the order was wrong and I emailed them again and now no response.

The phone number listed for Hook 360°contact has been disconnected (I've tried calling numerous times. Sent 3 emails asking about my cooler shipment, no response. It's been over 2 weeks since my order and i haven't heard a word. Total failure, even suspecting fraud at this point. Beyond ridiculous.

Initially I was not at all happy with this company since it advertises same day shipping and 8 days later my order had not been shipped. This possibly could have been due to bad weather in the area, I am not entirely sure. But when I complained, I did get a response, some merchandise for free , and I got the order the next day as they expedited shipping. So in the end I feel for whatever reason the order was delayed, they did come through and took care of it. The merchandise is very nice, and packaged well. Was a gift for my grandson and he loved it and the extra things sent.

Very pleased with quality of the shirt that I bought.

Well, I will first say that I was happy they were on sale,4 for $20. The problem is only one of them is useable. The other 3 were so tight I could hardly get them on. I was really hopeful I would have all of them fit. I'm staring to fish tournaments and I need to stay protected. I will say the one that fits,is great.

Im still waiting for a refund on my shirt that was 2 sizes too small.

I have used their products in the past. The look is excellent, and the quality is superb.

Material is nice, I order size M for my husband who wears M but this one was a little big or baggy for him, he loved tho, good material, I had an issue with my address and had to contact the company to fix it, they respond pretty quick and changed to the right address.
