I have some concerns that the masks were made in 2022- they were slightly thinner than the previous ones I still have . Is there an expiration date on masks ?

Difficult to cancel subscription
It has been very difficult to canccel my subscription for masks.. ;please inform on how to do this. I have tried several ways. If I cannot cancel I wiill have to stop payment.

Very disappointed in your shipping
I ordered the masks on May 24th and paid 10.99 for shipping on a 1.2 lb. Package. It has now been 21 days and still do not have them. I usually get them in 7-10 days. These were receive in town on June 7th but are just setting there because you shipped them FedEx economy. I don't consider 10.99 for a 1 lb. Package economy. I order much heavier items from QVC for 3.50 shipping and receive them in 7 days! Very disappointed!!! Guess I need to find somewhere else to order my mask from.

The shipment arrived short. I contacted HHS. They required that I provide a photo of the contents. HHS completed the order in a timely manner.

I received my (2) covid test kits but…
I received my (2) covid test kits but they came separately because the the 1st packer didn't see that it was supposed to be (2). Just be more carefully when packing orders, please.
