Overall happy with the masks
Overall happy with the masks. Got one order that had lots problems with the masks. The company replaced them, and we were satisfied with most of the masks in the replacement order. I did not give a 5 star rating because we still are getting a few too many masks that are 1. Too tight 2. Elastic breaks putting them on 3. One mask had no metal in the nose piece to pinch to fit
Still problem with consistency in quality, and fit. We need more consistent quality well fitting masks, Some of the masks are high quality but the overall quality needs improvement or the rating will be lower

One of the bags w/ masks was punctured, and I didn't feel comfortable using those them. I have been with your company for quite some time now, and this is the only issue I have had, but, of course it was less than ideal.

excellent quality and delivery
Always consistent quality and rapid delivery! I have been ordering from Hope Health Supply since I first saw an online ad displayed on my local newspaper's website during the Public Health Emergency due to COVID-19. I still wear a mask when out in public, especially in places where there are many people, such as a grocery store or public library.

Pros and cons
The package came quickly and the variety of colors is great. My only disappointment is the adjustment bars. They are both ugly and a bit stiff. The concept is ok, but for colored masks, white and soft might have been better than black and hard.
