They don't respond to abuse complaints at all, every single abuse complaint about a server hosting 419 advanced fee fraud scam domains was ignored

The IP that hosts the scam sites is on 66[.]85[.]46[.]67 and hosted by Nigerian 419 advanced fee fraud scam facilitators spantrix

I tried their abuse contact, and every single other mailing address listed, but got absolutely nowhere because they simply do not reply and thus the fraud facilitation continues.

All h4g co addresses were tried such as :

abuse.support / noc / support / sales

They don't reply on any of these regarding abuse.

They pay attention to their clients, and response to problem in very short time.

Host4Geeks is playing a dangerous game with small business owners. I have bank statements proving an exact refund of $129.75, yet they are now sending emails claiming I was "never a client" and "never issued a refund."
Lying to a customer to cover your tracks is a violation of the Indiana Deceptive Consumer Sales Act. I am not just walking away; I am pursuing the full $1,000 statutory penalty plus my business labor costs. If you think you can scrub your records and pretend a transaction didn't happen to avoid a bad reputation, think again. I am long-time Customer with Host4Geeks.in and having reseller account with them. Off late their server has a bug of not raising the invoice on time. And then they suspend your account for non-payment of invoice. This happened many times and I opened several tickets. The same happened on January 26. The last invoice was not showing in the system, but my account got suspended. Then all of the sudden they say oh sorry we have raised the invoice, and you can clear it to get your account unsuspended. All this time my clients were unhappy with me because their sites show account suspended.
So this month they raised 2 invoices one of Dec to Jan and Jan to Feb.
I unfortunately paid the Jan to Feb invoice which was just raised and had far Due date. Now they are claiming me to clear both the invoices, and they have again suspended my account. Now after this frustration I asked them to provide my backup so I can leave. They say they want the payment for the pending invoice. I said I have already paid the invoice for the future which was not even due. So you can adjust and allow me 48 hours to take my back up and leave.
they are not allowing me or not emailing me the link to download my backup of cPanel. I have had many servers before. but Host4Geeks is pathetic in terms of professionalism. On top of all this, they also charge late fee for their system bug of not raising the invoice.
I NOW PAID RESTORATION FEE OF 500. NOW THEY ARE NOT REPLYING AFTER I PAID ALL THE INVOICES. SCREENSHOT ATTACHED.

I needed to find a host that ran MariaDB servers as my other host was on mySQL and the script I wanted to install required MariaDB. I had reseller hosting with them, and had 40 accounts, now If you want to move away from them and want to move your 40 or 200 accounts they won't let you move because they've disabled the backup feature on cPanel and if you ask them to enable that, they will charge you $2 per account so let's say you have 200 accounts with them and you want to move them you'll have to pay them $400 just to move your account very unprofessional and unethical
