On 2 Oct 2026 I paid $9.99 in ETH for a .com domain registration (invoice paid, confirmed on-chain). The client area shows the domain as "Active", but it does not exist in the registry: Verisign RDAP/whois and lookup.icann.org both return "not found" days later.

Support's only reply was that I should buy a hosting plan. They never addressed the missing registration. I asked them to either register the domain or refund it within 24 hours. No reply.

Before paying anyone for a domain, check that it actually appears in lookup.icann.org. "Active" in a reseller's panel means nothing.

its a scam i purchased the smtp server then i had to purchase something else and then a set up fee after all 3 payments they stopped responding stay away

I purchased 6 domains and a hosting plan, but I have been unable to properly use the services. I also opened several support tickets and received no response.

Based on my experience, this feels extremely unreliable and I would strongly advise others not to buy anything from this website.

I am now trying to get a refund for the domains and hosting I purchased. Very disappointing experience.

scammed me out of my domain, bought one on there site for 5.99 last week but it is still available on the market and they want more money for me manage it!

They are scam site, if you place an order on their site.
they will keep demanding for more payment and more payment, until you get tired and you will never get your money back
