I've bought beds, mattress protectors and most recently a garden bench, from HotelContractBeds and their associated companies. All are good and were delivered quickly. The mattress protectors are waterproof whilst still being comfortable to sleep on, which is important for our holiday let apartments. The other important thing is that you can always speak to someone knowledgeable by phone.

I have purchased four times from Hotel Contract Beds. I have found their products and service to be superb, even when facing issues. I am very happy to recommend them and will definitely be returning when the next bed/mattress etc. is needed.

Really helpful staff who helped me choose the right mattresses for my small business.

Great support when things go wrong. I have been buying from them for 3 years now and they have always been helpful when needed.

Their quick delivery times are also appreciated. Order on a Monday and get delivered on Thursday to my area.

Purchase 3 beds for our holiday let in 2019, due to Covid etc, they have only been slept upon less than 18 months. SKS Zip link chelsea beds are fine but the super king size divan is sagging and although they asked me to send photos, and sounded concerned, they have only suggested I buy another more expensive mattress from them with a discount. I was sold when I watched the video showing how the beds were made and they were endorsed by the hotel inspector, but I am very disappointed in the performance of the mattress. My own mattress was from M & S, was no more in cost, and is still as new after 6 years! Sorry Louie, customer service just hasn't been good enough on this occasion,

I would like to take this opportunity to highlight Kizzie’s excellent efficiency, professionalism and customer service skills. Kizzie listened and understood my problem and without any “if’s” or “but’s” she immediately implemented a plan that speedily and efficiently rectified all issues. In my option, Kizzie’s skills saved the day and is a valuable asset to her employers. Oh, and the bed is a good one too!

Stayed in a local hotel. I slept so well, I find out who the supplier of the mattresses were, I then contacted them. They were fantastic, first class service first class delivery, very much recommended.

After 15 months from purchase of 2 x Chelsea zip n link, the mattresses (all 4) are falling apart and need replacing. Minimal usage as newly established holiday home with low occupancy in first season. Only offer from HCB is 5% discount on a further purchase with no guarantee this wont happen again. My last email has been ignored. Very disappointing. Please shop elsewhere.

I find customer service to be very helpful and efficient. Made an error in my order which was pick up quickly. I received a phone call from Andy who resolved this immediately.

Ordering was easy and I was kept informed of delivery dates. On the day the delivery driver contacted me about an hour before the delivery was due. He helped to unload and get the zip and link bed with a trundle and mattresses inside. I did have a slight problem with the amount we paid, which was entirely my fault but it was sorted immediately by Louie, by immediately I mean, immediately. I have used HotelContractBeds on several occassions now and the products have always been good. They are my 'go to' company if I need any new beds.

Terrible service from this company. Ordered 4 beds from them, 2 arrived damaged. The damage had been spotted and they had tried to cover it up but very poorly (stapled a rip together and taped over the packaging). Contacted them and they arranged replacements to be issued. The replacements arrived and one of those was also damaged with a big rip in the bed. Would not recommend at all.

The quality of the mattress is extremely low. The company is very efficient. We bought a zip link mattress 2 years ago and after 11 months it was completely sagging in the middle. The company replaced them no problem but 12 months later we have the exact same issue. The mattress really only have a decent 9 months in them before they start to sag
