*Honest Review* This is my 3rd time using this company each time just as good as the last. I reordered the Chelsea Mattress for my Short Term Rental business and immediately after changing to this Mattress we saw an increase in positive reviews from our guests. Ordering online is a breeze and you can phone up and ask for advice if needed. Delivery was prompt and driver phoned 30mins before arrival to confirm.

Ordered 2 beds which were great quality and delivered promptly as per discussions with the team.

Bought a Pocket Dream 1000 Contract zip & link bed. Easy purchase on website. Bed delivered in an exceptionally short time - less than a week. Installation straight forward. PLUS it is very comfortable. MASSIVE SHOUTOUT to Nadia Allen at the company for her communication & customer service skills. She kept in touch through out the process by e-Mail and phone calls to ensure we were 100% happy with all the processes. It is this attention to detail Nadia displayed that will be one of the reasons we recommend this bed supplier. Nadia - you are truly remarkable. THANKYOU.

Excellent service all the way through having purchased 3 superking beds

Made a couple of errors when ordering a ziplock bed. Customer service were excellent, sorted it all out for me and amended the order to make delivery before Christmas. Bed arrived really promptly and customer service were again absolutely fantastic with advice over the phone - thank you Nadia, as I was trying to put it together by myself. What a great company, so helpful and it doesn't stop once your product arrives. 100% recommend... (oh and it's a super comfortable bed!)

We bought a Marquess 3000 Mattress, as we had had a wonderful nights sleep in a hotel that had this mattress on the bed.

It’s so comfy, incredibly well made and luxurious.

So far so good. Zip bed and headboards arrived on time no issues. Beds are comfortable and easily separated or joined.

I really do not understand why people buy boxed mattresses when you can buy a properly designed, UK made, quality product.
We are simply delighted with zip and link, Marquess 3000 with topper and can manoeuvre them easily enabling us to regularly turn and spin them to keep the wear even and our sleep refreshing.

Fantastic company with amazing quality beds, the beds were purchased for a holiday let and all the reviews in our guest book and online reviews mention that they are the best beds they have slept in, we are due a new bed for home and I will 100% be getting another hotel contract bed, I definitely won’t buy from anywhere else again

Monarch mattresses are the best ever...
We purchased our first set of zip and link beds with this mattress 11 years ago and they are still as comfortable and looking as good now as they did on day 1. We have purchased other sets with the same Monarch mattress since, and friends have purchased the Monarch for themselves on our recommendation!

Quick delivery. First bed arrived, the springs appeared faulty, they were extremely noisy on one of the zip up mattresses. Absolutely no problem, a replacement arrived 7 days later and everything was sorted.

Have bought many beds from Hotel Contact Beds. They are great to deal with, lovely products, fast and friendly delivery. Have dealt with any issues promptly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

Good service price and delivery for our zip link beds, unfortunately the 2 mattress do not align when zipped together which is a bit awkward. But I would recommend. Just check this if you buy zip and link.

The website is good to navigate and ordering easy. I bought the Marquess 3000 zip & link, its is so very comfortable. Sleeping very well. Slight downside we only had one delivery man so had to seek help in getting the bed up the stairs. But overall I am delighted with the purchase and would recommend
