I run a small
B&b for the last 20years.About 10 years ago I came across with HotelContractBeds and ever since all my previous issues like week bed frame ,un comfy mattresses and poor sleep experience went away.Great customer service and products.

Relatively quick turn-around for a bespoke bed & mattresses. HCB were proactive to enquire about fabric delivery; Nadia was extremely helpful when ordering and changing the delivery address (twice!); delivery was efficient with good protection.

Good service and warranty. Have used this company for beds in a B&B previously and were all good quality. Last year we purchased a mattress for ourselves, due to some issues we recently contacted them about a replacement and this was handled quickly and without any fuss, we were also able to upgrade at the same time, new mattress was delivered and the old collected all smoothly. Highly recommended.

Really swift service and we have had many a compliment on the mattresses when our guests come to stay.

I ordered 3 beds for my BNB, and I couldn't be more delighted with the service! They kept me informed about the shipping throughout the entire process. Excellent service with no unwanted surprises

Our bed specification wish list was long and Hotel Contract Beds answered all our questions quickly. Fabric swatches arrived promptly. Delivery date was far sooner than any other company we looked at and it came on the allocated day and at the allocated time slot. Castors were delivered rather than sliders and a phone call sorted this out and replacements arrived the next day. Very good service. Most importantly guests say it is a very comfy bed and we felt great value for money. Will definitely recommend to others and use in the future. Jane B
