The best customer service I've received all day!!
Jamie at Best Hotel rates was an absolute breath of fresh air after dealing with the worst customer service I had ever experienced at the airport, which is the reason I booked the hotel. When my flight got reassigned last minute and I no longer needed the room Jamie was able to both fix the problem and reach back out to me within 15 minutes!! I would gladly book another room here just because of how easy it was to get ahold of someone who could fix any issues I was having!!

I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding the company "Hotelogical" and its involvement in deceptive practices and unauthorized charges during a recent reservation experience. On July 8th, 2023, I made a reservation through Hotelogical's affiliate, PrimaStay, for a one-night stay at the Quality Inn in Titusville, Florida. During the booking process, I was quoted a total cost of $78.34. However, upon reviewing my bank statement, I discovered that I was charged $94.01, a discrepancy that raises concerns about the accuracy of pricing disclosed during the booking.
My concerns stem from the following potential issues:
1. Deceptive Pricing Practices:
Hotelogical's deceptive pricing practices, where the charged amount exceeded the quoted price, potentially breach Trustpilot's standards for transparent and accurate pricing disclosures. As a trusted platform for reviews and consumer feedback, Trustpilot is committed to promoting fair and honest business practices.
2. Unauthorized Charges and Transparency:
The unauthorized charges, combined with a lack of transparency in pricing and apparent misrepresentation, may violate Trustpilot's guidelines for trustworthy business conduct. Trustpilot values businesses that prioritize transparent and ethical interactions with consumers.
I attempted to address these concerns by contacting Hotelogical's customer service immediately after the overcharge. However, my attempts were met with a dismissive response, denying any wrongdoing and refusing to offer a resolution.
As a Trustpilot user, I believe it is crucial to share my experience to help others make informed decisions. I encourage Trustpilot to consider investigating this matter further to ensure that reviews reflect accurate consumer experiences and that businesses using the platform uphold the highest standards of transparency, fairness, and integrity.

Hotelogical Does Not Honor Agreements
Due to an unexpected emergency, I called Ramada Inn and spoke to the manager at the front desk and cancelled my reservation and since I've been a long-time previous customer he agreed to refund my $99.56 with No penalty. I called Customer Service at Hotelogical and was told to put this information in writing and to email it to Hotelogical for processing my refund.
About 4 weeks later, Hotelogical emailed me and said they were declining my refund. But wait a minute- isn't there an agreement? I then sent the following email to Hotelogical:
I spoke to the manager at Ramada Inn and he agreed to refund the money. This is documented. I called Ramada today and hopefully I'll get something in writing from them. I've never had this problem with Priceline before. In fact, Priceline calls the hotel immediately and I've had all of the refunds processed without a problem. As far as I'm concerned, Ramada agreed to refund the money. If necessary, I'll dispute this charge with my bank. Thank you.

Do not book through this website. They engage in fraudulent business activities. I mistakenly booked through the website and canceled immediately. When I reached out, they gave me the option to contact the hotel to have it canceled so they can issue me the refund. They stated that if the hotel sent a notification of the cancelation that they would refund the money. The hotel canceled and sent a notification to them.
They have refused to process the refund without the service. So it’s a win-win for them. I didn’t get the service. They took my money and re-used the reservation on someone else. Do not use this business.

Bed bugs in hotel. Horrible customer service.
Wish I would have looked at these reviews before using them. The hotel muly husband and I stayed at (Wyndham Tannersville) had bed bugs. I woke up around 1 am to go to bathroom. Was laying in the bed playing on my phone and noticed something crawling in the bed. I immediately jumped up screaming and turned on the light. We grabbed our stuff and left the room. We ended up sleeping in our truck because there were no rooms available anywhere. Next day they said I had to contact Hotelogical for a refund. I enede up opening 3 tickets.anf was told they would contact me inwithin 24 hours I was never contacted. Today after over 2 weeks I was told the refund was declined by the hotel. Absolutely ridiculous.
Charged me for 2 rooms
Charged me for 2 rooms, would not refund. Still fighting the charge with my bank it's been a hassle. The hotel manager told me I was only in the system for one room so it was a mistake on their end.
Absolute SCAM of a company!
I booked through their website and had to cancel my booking with the hotel because of a cancelled flight. The hotel immediately agreed to refund and Hotelogical has played a song and dance for the last MONTH since I submitted my proof in writing that the Hotel agreed to a full refund. They told me what I needed to submit and once I submitted it they stopped responding to my emails.

Frauds booking services !! Do not use them to book anything. I google to book cheap motels and made a booking 4 days in advance . The night before my arrival , I call the motel to ask about my reservation and early check in, the motel told there’s no reservation under my name . I call support number, they haven’t responded back. Fraud -Alert Booking Services!!!!

Don’t book with them!! They don’t want to refund my money for a hotel that didn’t accept pets and its website said they were pet friendly. It’s more than 10 days waiting for someone to contact me “in 24-48 hours period” and every time I talk to someone a new ticket is generated……completely unprofessional!!
Good prices and helpful customer service
The prices for last minuet booking saved me when my car broke down 2 hours from home. When I set the wrong date for one of my reservations, their CSR Adelina was great and communicated with me throughout the whole process of getting a refund with the approval from the hotel. The only complaint was how long it took for their team to contact the hotel for the approval. Other than that I’ll def be booking through this site again

Had mold/moss all over the building and the signs were all broken out. They won't give me a refund. Stay away from this site!

Vacation
I tried for a 4th of July vacation but had to cancel at the last minute. Stayforless was very understanding and turned the money I paid into a future vacation, which is awesome. Another major company did not cancel or defer and will lose that money. Thank you so much!!
Wonderful customer service
It was easy to make a reservation for starters. Then when I had to cancel due to family illness it was very easy to contact customer service. Both representatives I talked to were kind, empathetic and went out of their way to help me. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and will definitely be booking through hotelsugogo/ hotelogical next time.

I hole hearted endorse Expedia as they refunded me with no issues. I never read anywhere when I was booking that it was not refundable.
