Although my hot tub was not purchased from Hot Tub World I have always received excellent service and advise be it in connection with the purchase of chemicals or servicing. I am happy to recommend this company to anyone interested in a hot tub.

They cannot do enough for you !! So friendly and professional there attention to detail is second to none .

just honest opinions on hot tubs and excellent advice, no pressure to buy whatsoever, promotion sales every year on lots of goodies, cheapest price around for the canadian spas, the delivery guys were amazing and got my tub over the fence from a field in one piece and connected in no time, only disappointment i have is the Ace diamond broke and even thought replaced on warranty didn't last long yet again so back to adding the old chlorine I'm afraid shame cos the thing worked great for a while and changed salt into chlorine amazing gadget but i won't buy one at £900 ever again? PS;- they let you test the spas just take your trunks and they have changing rooms. brill staff well done hot tub world

The small issues we had over the last 4 years were sorted out right away by Neil, Dawn and the team with a no quibble service which we really appreciated as our tub is located in the Lake District and logistics are not easy.

The company has always been happy to help with any orders or problems. The staff are all friendly and very accomodating where possible which in this day and age is very refreshing. We purchased our hot tub from Hot Tub world about 3 years ago and in our opinion they are extremely knowledgable and very helpful with regards to the positioning and fixing of the tub, they came to the house and advised us where was the best places for the tub. You also get all the help you need in the correct amounts of chemicals and advice on what's best not to wear in the tub. We have recently moved and we asked them to move the tub for us, they turned up on time and disconnected and moved our tub to our new house. Very pleased with their service.

I considered all the cheaper options online - but when I called in at hot tub world I knew that's where I was going to purchase my new hot tub. They never disappointed me. The delivery guys were brilliant - very entertaining and a great bunch of lads. Made sure I knew what I was doing. They even brought me a bottle of fizz & box of chocolates to enjoy my first dip. Any questions or queries - they dealt with immediately and effectively. Fingers crossed I have not had any problems, so have never had to call for this reason - but with them being local and delivering great customer service, i have no worries that any problems will get sorted.

We pondered over the purchase of a hot tub for some time and also did a lot of research into which one to buy and how much we should spend. We decided on the Hot Spot Relay and we are absolutely thrilled with our decision. We have had it for a few months now and use it 4-5 times per week. The kids love it too! It's great after a long working day or after exercise to wind down. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality spa.
