Have ordered from them 2 times. Both of the times i have not gotten what i paid for. Aswell as the worst customer service when they dont even refund med for their wrong doings

Placed an order on the 30th of September, received it on the 24th of October. Trustworthy company with good quality name sets. Very happy with my namesets and patches. Only improvement could be the communication: the last time the tracking info was updated was on the 1st of October and haven’t heard anything since until they came in the mail. They also have some trouble sometimes replying on emails.

Con artists. simple as, i have proof that the item hasn’t been sent to me and they’re telling me i can only get a refund if i send it back, yes there a separate order i did for one item and the nameset was basically dissected, but not delivering on the £45 worth of sub-standard namesets and keeping my money

Care must be taken when dealing with this company , 2 lots of sleeve patches I ordered apparently went missing in the post, 3rd set of patches received via tracked Royal Mail which turned out to be the wrong type , 4th set of patches still have not arrived which suggests they also have gone missing in the post or have not been sent , and now the company are ignoring my messages. I set up a request by via eBay customer services to see if this could be looked into to try and find out what’s gone wrong, they are claiming now the patches have been delivered and supplied a photograph from Royal Mail, and attached it to the original order .. this was for the wrong labels! Which I have send back,
As we stand today I still have not received my order which I placed 10weeks ago , I have responded to the eBay enquiry informing them the tracked information they have supplied was for the wrong items they sent and luckily for me I have taken screen shots of all messages since this issue started They are definitely a company to be wary of, be warned and shop elsewhere ! The dispute continues

Scam sight. Payed for product which never arrived and no reply back. order number #5645

Disgraceful, sent me an empty parcel, sent me a parcel with missing items and did not send 2x orders at all.

Customer service is a joke was called a liar and blocked, just processing a chargeback through bank for the hundreds they have done me dirty over.

If you order more than 1 nameset, be careful as she in incompetent of sending a correct order.

Rudest communications I’ve ever had with a seller of anything! Stay away from this “business”. Unhelpful and rude and have been reported to the respective platform who agreed with me and therefore have raised a case against them for their behaviour over chat.

Fraud! I bought 5 namesets from this site, I when it arrived the package only contained 1 nameset. The company is not answering any of the emails I have sent.
Avoid this fraudulent company at all cost!

I use House of Namesets all the time to customise my football shirts. Always brilliant work. Recently bought a Tomori nameset for my AC Milan shirt and have just ordered a Kaká nameset for Orlando City.

Ordered 3 sets and 1 set had an issue. They claimed that they emailed me but I received nothing. Not even in my junkmail. Wrote them an email and they replied that refund was processed for the 1 set with issue. Till today, the refund was not made. Wrote several emails to them and they refused to reply. Felt cheated.

Terrible awful customer service. Avoid these at all costs. Very difficult people to deal with!

I can only agree with the other reviews on here, the customer service is terrible which is very strange for a niche business. I felt a bit duped by the postage time which led me on a bit to order thinking it would get here on time (which it didn’t), but that’s not the point. My problem is with the way I was communicated with via email when I questioned the delivery time. The tone of the reply was both patronising and smug and therefore offensive. They obviously don’t care, but in all my years buying I’ve never encountered such rudeness. Strange that they think it’s still the 1970s when it comes to that particular area of service so we’ll see where it leads them in time. For all of you who think there are no alternative businesses doing this sort of thing, believe me there are!

As alluded to by many on Trustpilot, the customer service by this company is terrible. They routinely stop responding to emails when a serious question is being raised around your order. For a company that provides a specialised service that is hard to locate elsewhere they are absolutely appalling and I would not recommend them. Thankfully there are alternatives that can be found

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Extremely rude customer service, would not resolve my simple issue, instead they were extremely unprofessional. Would recommend any other nameset brand over these clowns

AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY I bought $200 worth of namesets from them (which they never provided a tracking number for). When they failed to arrive after 2 months I spoke to customer service but then they abruptly stopped responding to my emails and blocked me on social media (fearing that I might leave a negative review I guess).

I'd recommend Gogoalmart, Ball3, My-Soccer or FC Prints, but strongly recommend avoiding this scam company.
