I Have been fitting kitchens for years, and find that Howdens are the quickest to fit, they offer quality units at reasonable cost too. They are by far, my go-to recommendation to clients. Sabeena, the designer goes above and beyond to understand the clients needs and has great ideas for design. We have been using Howdens for many years as supplier for Kitchens, doors and appliances. If there is a problem, which seldom happens, it is rectified straight away. They are a company that can be relied upon.

Dealt with Broad Oak branch. Big shout out for James the manager and his team. Nothing was too much trouble, amazing input and suggestions on the design. Delighted with the wonderful service and the quality of our kitchen, end result is amazing.

I had collected the wrong colour unit from another branch and had to swap it. Wincheap Howdens had some in stock but we had to drive from Broad Oak, 11.50 on a Saturday. 3 of the staff members agreed to wait for me to get there and swap it waiting 10mins for me to get there.

Great service

After consulting a couple of competitors, we found Howden's offered the best service. Firstly a specilaist, Sabeena, actually came to the house and discussed what we wanted and what was possible from a professional standpoint. Her design was great, including ideas we hadn't thought of. Overall, we found Howdens Canterbury professionally competent, very responsive and very helpful.

They were willing to help and their atitude was happy and helpfull

Friendly service great product

Excellent customer service from Sabeena at the Wincheap Canterbury branch - she listened carefully to my requirements and came up with a lovely design not only within a very very short timeframe, but also within my modest budget.
I asked for a couple of follow up appointments just to be sure I was 100% happy with what I had chosen and staff were very accommodating - they have a viewing room with a big screen which is useful.
The kitchens on offer seem better quality than those at some competitor firms, and the range of worktops is good.
