Howdens - Croydon Avaliações

3 time in the row cant get full order at the store, sending trough other 3-4 stores to collect rest misding kitchen parts. To get kitchen picket while waiting even if its just 5 units takes forever. Sloves service ever seen at howdens and only in croydon branche

Howdens Croydon were recommended by our builder (despite us living in North London)
Wayne Toogood came to measure up and drafted plans based on our requirements. We had several follow up meetings and Wayne was very accommodating with all my revisions and changes !
Howdens price matched several of the appliances and the overall costs was very fair.
Delivery was prompt and our builders queries were quickly resolved. Really great service and a beautiful kitchen as a result.

I recently just got a trade account with Howden's Croydon and was very pleased with my first kitchen unit order, customer service wise. Thank you to Jack who helped me to design the order. Very friendly and professional and has shared many useful information. Also thanks to Dan from the Depot, who kindly provided me with a copy of the instruction manual for the kitchen unit. Highly recommended, thank you guys for all your help.

I’m very happy with service they have given me .. that’s why I love this branch..so as long they respect me this way..I will always come to this branch… thank you

5 star by Wilfred Karamoko in Croydon.

Phenomonal customer service provided by Wilfred Karamoko in Croydon Branch - if it wasn't for him would have purchased the kitchen from Magnet across the road.

Andrew Livingston - please make not of this guy, one to fast track up the business!

Excellent staff, dick is friendly and fast. Jazz is good at fitting problems regarding stock etc.

Bev at the Croydon branch was so helpful, she really knows her kitchens & knew exactly what would work best in my kitchen space.
Highly recommended.

Very good product at very competitive price! Quickly attended to!!

Beverley was my kitchen designer and it was a first class experience from start to finish. No question or problem was too small for her, Beverley even supplied a mobile contact number to be contactable at any time, I found this very reassuring. Our kitchen was designed to make use of every space and my wife and I are really pleased with the end product.
I cannot sing Howdens praises loud enough, but a really big shout out to Bev.

I had the pleasure of having Jack assist me with the items that were need to carry out the renovations to my property. Olivia was also able to help with one of the fire doors, that was now required because of the changes made, as well as creating my Howdens account. Thanks for making it so smooth.

Walked into Howdens and everyone greeted us with a smile - me and my mum felt like celebrities!

Jack at the front desk was very patient in answering all our questions and also gave us some very useful tips.

Everyone is so professional and the customer care is outstanding!!

We have recently had our kitchen refurbished and we are very happy about the service and advice Bev has provided us. She is knowledgeable about their products and has good ideas anout how to make the most of the space you have. We are very pleased with the results!

We had a top class experience with Howdens Croydon. We had a new kitchen designed by Hannah and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her.

Hannah was super flexible and patient as we were going through the design process, a set of iterative changes, and worked cordially through till the end (as this is our first refurb project).

Her willingness to help and professionalism was second to none, especially in helping us get the best value for our budget (without any judgement!)

It makes a great difference when you partner with someone who puts themselves in your shoes and brings value and focused on outcome.

Hannah - It was simply a pleasure working with you. We will definitely recommend Hannah and Howdens South Croydon.

Regards,
Celia and Avinash

3. Products look relevant for modern requirements

The willingness of all staff to help.
Professionalism was second to none, knowledgeable and always happy to help.
It makes a big difference to be greeted with a big smile when you get there, after the customer has given you a lot of grief, and nothing seems to fall into place.
Getting there, at the shop is like an oasis of happiness and free coffee 🤩
All the best to the South Croydon team!
Keep smiling!!!
To the CEO : keep the team happy. They keep the bussiness running!
