I recently worked with George at Howdens, from the start George was knowledgable and determined to get the design right. Like most kitchen plans, the design changed quite a few times, nothing was too much trouble and every time was willing to discuss and change ideas. Thank you to George and the team for helping me create my dream kitchen!

We found the service that we received from Howdens Grays was extremely good.All of the staff were helpful and pleasant,especially George Beeson who dealt with our survey and order.Nothing was too much trouble and she gave us good advice with the design of our kitchen.Also the delivery drivers were on time and took care to store our kitchen units on pallets in our garage.

Excellent planning by Emma and very sympathetic to my customers needs.

We have now had our new kitchen fitted and it looks absolutely amazing thanks to Howdens for the quality of products nothing was too much trouble. We didn’t have any fitters or plumbers or electricians to ask but Howdens in Grays recommended a team they use and my god did they work hard 2 weeks from start to finish amazing work. In February I bought a kitchen from Howdens, the Grays deport located at West Thurrock (Lakeside) to be precise, as always I’m really happy with the product. Having purchased in Feb I was entered into a Valentines promotional price draw and as I’ve never been that lucky to ever win anything I never gave it two thoughts really, Whoop Whoop I won, In June myself and the Misses will be heading to London for firstly The Shard Experience followed by lunch at Gordon Ramsay’s Savoy Grill Restaurant…. Big Thanks to the Grays Branch Netty and Baz … Rob Brown Brownwood Carpentry.

I used Howdens for my oak veneer Doors on there rooster deal, at £60 a door very hard to beat and of high quality, very heavy

very helpful with me as a customer and also with my customer, Lou has had to draw this set of plan 4 times but still has time to spend talking and making sure the customer is 100% happy,

Wickford Howdens listened to what was required and explained clearly as to what was doable,and we agreed a fair price .

Rob Atkins came to my home to measure up for a complete kitchen make over, he listened to what I wanted. He showed me the plans on a large TV screen and moved items around until I was happy. On my next visit he was happy to shift and change a couple of things, on that visit I also ordered my work top an flooring. I was happy to get everything under one roof.
Nothing was too much trouble for Rob and he really does know his stuff.

Emma at the Grays store came out to design our kitchen. She was really friendly and knowledgable and took on all our wishlist and what we didn't like with the current kitchen (no access to the four corner cupboards, no work surfaces etc).
I didn't realise how much was needed in designing a kitchen-esp a small one! Emma asked so many questions- which often meant I had to come back to her after discussing with my husband. She knew what to ask to ensure we had a design that would work for us and maximise the worksurfaces and cupboard spaces.
She gave a lot of advice on the induction hobs- which was new to us- such as having ones with a bridging/zoning area for big pots- incl woks- without all this info we would have chosen the wrong induction hob- as she came back to remind me that the one I had chosen wouldn't heat a wok/ large pan.
She was extremely thorough and did a few designs for us as we couldn't decide what was best.

She was incredibly patient and knowledgable and didn't seem to mind all the iterations and questions we had.
We are really happy with the kitchen- we have so much cupboard space that all the cupboards are roomy and almost look empty- whereas before we couldn't see or get to what was in them!!
The quality of the units are really good- very solid and will last as well as being a lovely design.
I really recommend Emma, even the fitters commented on the great design.
