Howdens - Orpington Avaliações 

I'm very happy with the service we received from Howdens in Orpington. We had some issues with some flooring we purchased a couple of years ago which head office customer services agreed to replace for us. Arton the manager at Orpington has been extremely helpful every step of the way sorting out the issues we faced and helping with ordering and replacement of parts and delivery. Thank you. We now have the replacement floor installed and looks great. We really appreciate all the help we received along the way.

From the very start of the process the service from Gurpinder at the Orpington branch was exemplary, always on hand to help and problem solve & make recommendations - amazing I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Orpington branch.

We have had a very good experience with the Howdens Orpington Branch from the start. Especially Gurpinder the kitchen designer, she was very efficient in every way. Responded to emails super quick and was very quick at turning around any changes and reproducing new visuals to incorporate the changes we wanted. I meet with Gurpinder twice to run through our design, she helped us consider options and give us ideas. I really felt like we had a personal experience and she was invested in our kitchen ideas and helping us bring it to life. She was always on hand to answer questions. The team behind the the desk were really helpful and getting us the handles we were after. The two delivery guys we had were also so helpful and ran through the items on order with us. The deliveries came on time and at time choice to suit us. Communication really is key and that is something this branch are definitely doing well.

We were very grateful to have Gurpinder guiding us through the design process. Her knowledge and expertise has helped us select a fabulous kitchen that’s right for us and our budget. The whole team at Orpington have been very helpful. We’d definitely be back in the future.

Contacted Howden Orpington and was connected with G. She was so helpful and patient with us. Taking time to help us choose the right design and kitchen for us. Very professional and helpful. Everything was delivered promptly by a friendly delivery driver. I would definitely recommend

Just had a kitchen design appointment with Martin from the Orpington Howdens and he was absolutely great! Listened to me and really understood what I wanted unlike the other two kitchen planners from other companies that I tried first. I'm really looking forward to seeing the design.

My experience was very easy with Howdens from start to finish
From meeting my kitchen designer who was extremely helpful with incorporating what I wanted in my kitchen and also advising me on what could work best for storage solutions to actually even being able to fit a extra appliance with a new design I would highly recommend Gurpinder (Orpington Branch)

I purchased a dove grey chelford shaker style kitchen with carbon coloured chelford island from Howdens Orpington branch in December 2021. I knew I wanted a shaker style but the Chelford also gave me the modern twist i was looking for. We are so happy with the quality and end result. Gurpinder who helped design the kitchen, was absolutely brilliant, she was so helpful and very responsive. I was originally going to go with another supplier but from the moment I met Gurpinder and discussed design and kitchen options, plus a delivery date within a couple of weeks from purchase, I knew I wanted to go with Howdens. I now enjoy a beautiful kitchen which I've longed for for many years.

I always use, howdens for kitchen projects, always recommend to all, specially Gurpinder from Orpington branch was very helpful, spend so much time and effort to change the design few times. Will recommend to all.

Staff friendly and helpful, and prompt to produce plans and quote for our units - and to reply to any queries/update as we altered the design.

Had a few issues with a few things dont really wish to explain.
