We had great assistance from Morgan Carter who helped bring our kitchen and utility dream a reality. This included the original on-site consultation, meeting at the local Howdens office in Rustington to determine the colour, finish and handles and the delivery of the units.
As we were unable to store the units at our property Howdens had a good deal arranged with the a local storage company where they could be securely kept until needed.
The fitter we employed was delighted that the order was complete and in great condition.
The final look has turned out perfectly and we would recommend Howdens as a wonderful service provider and partner.

Totally love the service at Howdens in Rustington. Great quality cabinets with so much range to choose from. Massive shout out to Morgan, the lady who measured up and quoted for me. She is a gem. Professional, friendly, thorough and speedy. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of a new kitchen or extending the one you have!!

I ordered a non stock item which came in 3 days later as promised, the cupboard was put in my car by the warehouse man. All I all a good service.

Freindly knolagable people

This was an unconventional design; essentially to build bathroom units around an already purchased toilet and wash hand basin. Gary went out of his way to ensure that everything went to plan; even sourcing a backboard from another depot. The team could not be more professional, courteous and helpful. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The team at Howdens Rustington are brilliant, they always help any enquiry I have, I even received a thumb turn on my doorstep one morning, it was showing in stock but not found when I collected my doors and furnishings, next morning it was on my doorstep, I don't know who dropped it off, but that kind of personal service is well above and beyond in my book.

I won't go anywhere else for kitchens, joinery supplies and anything that Howdens stock now.

As a repeat customer of Howdens in recent years I thought I would be well looked after when buying a new kitchen following my own house move but then I went to the Rustington branch and how wrong was I. The Rustington branch is hopeless as I have already told them, poor service and seemly no customer service at all, phone calls not returned, emails not replied to ect, ect.
If anyone is planning on driving to Howdens Rustington branch to have a look at their new kitchen my advice would be drive a bit further and go to Littlehampton or Worthing where our fitter (shocked by how bad Howdens are at this branch) tells me “things are not like that at the other branches”.
I doubt Howdens are at all bothered after all I have paid for the kitchen and as you can see in other replies from Howdens saying comments will be “shared internally”. Brilliant. I doubt I will hear anything else from them. Best bet is to avoid.

We have been blown away with how Ashley has dealt with our continual change of mind on colour and layout, which would have tested the patience of a saint. He continually reassured us that our many visits were no trouble whatsoever (even though he must have privately ground his teeth away) We're now really looking forward to delivery of a lovely kitchen, due in no small way to Ashleys endeavours. We know the product is spot on, having used them for many years, and know any issues that may (rarely) arise will be dealt with promptly and efficiently!

I just want to say Gary , assistant manager and Dave Santer at the rustington West Sussex branch have been absolutely superb. There were problems with the doors which they have sorted. The kept me informed the whole time and made sure I was treated with respect and listened to. I can’t thank them enough for their time, effort and care. You can only judge somewhere by its aftercare and they were fabulous .
