The assistant was very helpful and polite.

Great service at the counter, had everything I needed in stock which meant I could get on with the job.

With the help of designer Hannah and her team , we have completed our kitchen remodel satisfactory. Contractor recommended by them did a wonderful job and on time.

Hannah and the team very efficiently arranged for a new item to be ordered and delivered in less than 1hr - absolutely amazing.

These guys are setting the standard!

We dealt with Kiera from design to completion and she and the rest of the team were always fantastic. Kiera always got back to us very fast whenever we had a question. And when things go wrong, as they always do on a big project, they put things right very quickly which is so important when you have tradesmen on site needing to get on. We're delighted with our new kitchen.

Didn't really know what we wanted but with Keira's help and her design knowledge we got the perfect kitchen. Thank you Keira, your designs were amazing and you included every little detail.

Brilliant! Where other local companies told us we couldn't have the design we wanted, Howdens (Hanna) made it work. Right from the start Hanna helped refine our ideas and added her own to make the whole new space work for us. I cannot fault the whole team at St Neots including Lee the Manager. Our design was not straight forward, and some parts had to be adapted. During installation our chosen Builder (from their list) had no problem changing parts when required. On one occasion, when we thought a part was missing Hannah got in her car and drove it straight over to us, only to learn we had then located it! The units are well built and the finish is very good. I have no hesitation in recommending Howdens, especially the St Neots team.

We had a great experience with Howdens St Neots and Hannah in particular. Hannah listened carefully to our wishes and was always quickly responsive and helpful to emails and queries. We are very happy with our finished kitchen and would recommend the St Neots branch of Howdens for good customer service both during the design and the fitting process.

So glad we found Howdens in St Neots. After trying many different places Hannah was the first kitchen designer to really listen and see our vision, she also had some great ideas that we wouldn't have thought of. Hannah's communication was also great which we really appreciate when renovation a whole house, the kitchen has been the best part.

Hannah the Kitchen Designer made a great experience of the journey from plan to fitting. Howdens were there to answer all our questions during the fitting and offered great support when extra parts were needed

Lee at St Neots is always super helpful and goes out of his way for you - 5*. The invoicing however is very confusing and needs an update...

I recently visited the St Neots store for a replacement bathroom privacy door handle. My partner had accidentally locked himself out whilst running the bath. In the panic of trying to open the door and get in, he broke the mechanism. The original had been fitted by a tradesperson, sourced from Howdens and I wanted to get a replacement quickly so visited in store. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and sorted me out with a new handle. Took no time at all and now I’ve been able to replace the handle. Thanks ever so much, I would highly recommend this store.

We had a fantastic experience with Lee Smith. He listened to my ideas and designed a beautiful kitchen for us which, now fitted, we absolutely LOVE! Nothing was too much trouble and he was always at the end of the phone when needed. Thankyou Lee!

We had outstanding service from Lee & Kiera when visiting Howdens today in St Neots.
Me and my boyfriend were nervous designing our new kitchen in our first home together. However we left feeling so excited and amazed by the support and knowledge they both gave us.
Couldn’t recommend them enough! 10/10 service.
