We were very happy with the help from Kitchen designer Petra Simaskova who visited our house and then devised a new kitchen plan and visualisations. Her professional advice and friendly attitude was greatly appreciated. Thank you for all your time, patience and answers to our many questions!
Would highly recommend.

Petra was so patient with the kitchen design and gave great guidance. We felt very confident with our choices by the end of the designing visits.
Very focused on getting it right . Thank you Petra for the excellent service.

great service as always

Petra has been amazing. We initially didn’t know how to make the kitchen work in the awkward space we have, but she’s been able to create a stunning kitchen that works perfect. Her honesty, guidance and attention to detail has been exactly what we needed to get the best result in our kitchen. She’s clearly got a lot of experience with interior design, we couldn’t be more happy.

Petra made this an easy decision for us. We went to wicks for a quote first, so compared to that this was a completely different experience and I'm so happy with the kitchen we have orderd, hopefully it looks as good in real life

Exceptional Customer Service – Petra, Howdens Taunton

I cannot recommend Petra at Howdens Taunton highly enough. From start to finish, the whole process was extremely smooth and enjoyable. Petra has exceptional product and kitchen design knowledge, and she was incredibly helpful without ever applying any pressure or using hard-sell tactics.

She took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. Her knowledge, professionalism and genuine customer care are a real credit to Howdens.

Petra is clearly a massive contributor to the team, and it’s easy to see how much she cares about delivering a great customer experience. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Thank you, Petra!

Counter staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Delivery on time as stated and driver plesant and willing. Office kept me updated on both order and delivery. Really impressed.Thankyou.

I've had a long term problem with a Howdens worktop. They said that they would happily replace it but it was technically difficult to remove the old one so the deputy manager was very helpful in recommending different solutions and also recommended a kitchen fitter. The deputy manager understood my problem and we were able to agree a solution. All the staff at Taunton are a pleasure to deal with.

We recently had our kitchen designed by Petra Simaskova at Howdens in Taunton. Our experience of her work and eventual design was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She listened to our ideas as to how we wanted our kitchen to look. She tailored our design to our specifications. The eventual design was everything we wanted it to be. She was willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was right and brought her own ideas to the process. As a kitchen designer I would highly recommend Petra and look forward to the actual fitting of the kitchen.

Petra was great, listened to what we wanted and gave us good advice. Very happy with our new kitchen!

Throughout this process Howdens and Petra in particular have made it easy and enjoyable. The communication was fast, Petra listened to our feedback on the kitchen design and created something that we are extremely happy with and that fitted within our limited budget. We couldn't rate her highly enough, many thanks.

We can highly recommend Howdens.
A very friendly and straightforward experience for our utility room design carried out by Petra who we found easy to deal with and most helpful.

We were advised to go to Howden's because of the quality of their Service and units. We are delighted with the service we have received, and with the quality of the kitchen and possibly bedroom units which we will order. During the time, we have had a visit to our bungalow, followed by further visits to Howdens for explanation and planning. Excellent.
We are a particularly grateful to Petra Simaskova, who has been with us throughout our process. She is thoughtful, empathetic and obviously careful in what she recommends and plans. We will definitely be going ahead with our orders.

We booked an appointment for a kitchen design with howdens, their representative, Petra Simaskova came to our house and talked us through the process, she was brilliant and took in everything we said we would like and produced the most perfect kitchen design that looked amazing and exceeded our expectations! We would highly recommend her
