Great service

It was great to do the deal with Richard but the manager wasn’t very good to give me the deal I think I would have got better deal with other Howden depot then this one I will shop somewhere else on my next purchase

Deeply disappointing experience ordering a kitchen through the Wandsworth depot. The whole point of our order was to match our existing kitchen — I brought a physical door sample to the depot several times so the colour could be confirmed before we ordered. Only after the kitchen had been ordered, paid for (over £5,000), delivered, and our old kitchen ripped out were we told the colour had been discontinued.
That was just the beginning. Over a two-month period we received wrong-colour items (including a larder door Howdens admitted was their error), a wrong-size extractor fan, and missing parts across multiple deliveries — repeatedly being told the order was "complete" when it wasn't. The constant supply problems were a major factor in our installer walking off the job, leaving us to pay roughly £2,000 for a replacement fitter and over £1000 in extra costs while the kitchen still sits unusable.I raised a formal written complaint and gave them the standard 14 days to respond, and they didn't reply at all. For a purchase of this size, the lack of basic order accuracy — and then complete silence when challenged — has been genuinely poor. I'd think very carefully before ordering a full kitchen from this depot.

Richard was first class throughout - great customer service skills, a detailed product knowledge and a real enthusiasm to achieve the best kitchen for my space. He always made time for me willingly, and nothing was a problem - he only looked for solutions. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Richard - he was engaging, cheerful and helpful - and on the basis on his performance I would have no hesitation in recommending the Wandsworth branch.

Fully recommend this company (Wandsworth branch). We’d had difficulties with another supplier previously but Richard made things easy, from the initial quote and measuring up, right through to the delivery. We had a rough idea of what we wanted but Richard helped hugely to make it reality and to tweak some of the final design. He was also always on hand to help with queries. The quality of the parts seems excellent in comparison to other kitchens we’ve had - everything feels solid but sleek - and at a very fair price. Our fitter was also brilliant throughout. No corners were cut - he took the time to make sure things were 100% right and that they looked great. Can’t have asked for any more really from the entire experience! Thanks Howdens!
