Be careful with this medical supply company!

They lied to me about everything. Took my money, never answered ANY of my messages or emails, did not even schedule in a timely fashion, my order was in process for over 5 days and they still could not tell me when it would ship. Called them and person could not tell me but wait another 7 to 10 more days for it to process! So I cancelled the order entirely... and they promised an email confirmation of the cancellation which I have not seen yet.

Ordered two bras

Ordered two bras. Never shipped. No contact telling me they cannot ship. When I called they said I have to order something else. I asked for credit and never received it. After 3 weeks of that my card company gave me a credit, but the company did not. And they were still taking orders on their website for an item the company stopped making.

Received too late. Lied to about return. No returns

Product received weeks late. Called to return. Manish said I would get an email 3-5 days. Nothing. Now they don't answer the phone. I called several time, no answer. If you click on the link it takes you to a page that says they are a scam.

I ordered and paid for a product Sept 10 but never received it.

I ordered an item on Sept. 10, 2024. it is now Oct. 7th. 2024. When i hadn't received it after about two weeks i called customer service and was told it could not be shipped at all. i asked for a refund. They said i would be notified by email when i could expect my money being put back into my account. I have seen nothing. About a week ago my account was defrauded. It may have been HPFY for all i know.

Can't give a zero - but deserves a negative number and to be closed down.

Can't give a zero. Horrible experience. Tried to order off their sister website Damozelle (recent cancer s/p mastectomy) program did not go to the order party. Called these people. Rather fresh on the phone. OK I"m trying to order on line products I need to look like a 'normal' woman. Products didn't fit, tried to return. got a substitute, rec'd instructions to return one, not the 2 products. No refund, to record of return & still have one product that never could return, just this morning got a message no returns after 90 days, started this in May it's 10/4. They are in USA - need to be SHUT DOWN!

this is the worst internet service that I have ever delt with , I ordered products that some I've yet to recieve you call them and all they have are excuses very bad company. I've called them five times and still waiting on my full purchase. calling bbb next after this report

Deceptive and Terrible Customer Service

I placed an order on 3/18/22. The company stated I would receive the item within 5-7 working days.They also stated they would send me an email when the order shipped. Since this item was for wound care and I did not receive any notification of shipment I called the company on 3/25/22. One of the selections on their phone tree was to check on a prior order. When that line rang and no one one answered a recording came on stating the line was unavailable and VM could not receive messages. I then called back and chose the selection that said ‘to place an order’. Of course that line was answered by a lady who called herself Tammy only after I asked for her name prior to hanging up. Anyway she checked on my order saying the small warehouse they deal with did not have the item in stock. I explained to her that I was already out 1 week from healing and I wanted the order canceled and my credit card credited back. She then said she canceled the order and I should have the money refunded within a week because it had to go to Administration first. To make a long story short lo and behold I get an email that same afternoon stating my order had shipped.
DO NOT deal with this company. Their customer service is non- existent once you place your order and they don’t follow up until you decide to cancel and then suddenly your order ships. I’ve yet to receive the item and from what I’ve read they substitute items that aren’t what you ordered just so they don’t have to refund your money.
I’m going to report them to the BBB for this company’s deceptive practices and strongly suggest to the BBB how on earth they could give this company a B+ rating!!

Considering the time of year…

Considering the time of year as well the Covid-19 strain on business practices around the world, I placed a simple order as a new customer of Health Products For You which consists of a small TENS Unit. Per the HPFY Website, the Shipping Policy is to ship within 7-10 Business Days after Order placement. My items did not ship within the timeframe indicated and I had only received one of several items. As I'm unfamiliar with this company I began to question the integrity of HPFY as a company and feared it is a fraudulent business. I contacted Customer Service via the HPFY website Chat/messenger and was relieved to receive Customer Support without delay. I expressed the situation and requested Cancelation of the items that had not yet shipped, which was 80% of the order. I was told my refund would be received within 4 days. The next day I received Shipping Notifications for the items that I requested to be Refunded through Cancelation. . .
7 days later the items arrived and I considered the matter resolved until upon unpacking the TENS Unit I discover an inferior product which does not assemble as the electrode pins are too large for the Unit sockets, the plastic is cheaply made; I've seen such plastics sold at Dollar Stores in the childs toy section. Once again I contacted Customer Service and relayed the entire saga of my first experience as a Customer - expressing that I intend to send the entire order back, receive Refund + Taxes and Not Incure Shipping nor Restock Fees at my expense, as this is not good nor fair business practice. At this point I await the Waybill and Return Auth #, so I thought I should back myself up by posting a review of the ordeal. To my dismay, I discover numerous Consumer Complaints about this company on BBB as well here on TrustPilot. I Do Not Recommend purchasing your Health Products from this company. One of the items I purchased is a cough syrup that I opened; administered and had an adverse reaction to. I am apprehensive to administer additional dosages as I do not have a trust experience with this company due to numerous discrepancies within this first-time experience coupled with the numerous negative testimonials of many people who have purchased from HPFY.

HPFY – Beware restocking fees

After I ordered 2 pair of the support stockings I normally wear, I discovered an old empty package in a drawer and realized I had ordered the wrong size. I immediately called HPFY and asked if I would be able to return the stockings when I received them. Sure, no problem. I would just have to go online and get a RA# and then return them. So, with that information, I went ahead and ordered 2 pair of the correct size. I would not have done so if I had known a restocking fee awaited me, which I did not discover until I filed for a RA#, I would never, ever have ordered from them again. While a restocking fee of 15% for all returned products is on their web site, I should have been told that on the phone, especially since I was reordering 2 pair of the correct size. So, the stockings cost $51 plus $7.99 shipping for a total of $58.99. I paid $6.65 for return shipping and on top of that the restocking fee of 15%, or $7.75. So all in all, I laid out $73.39 and received a credit of $43.35 for a total loss of $30.04. Add to that another $58.99 for the new stockings! I sent them a complaint through their web site and did not hear one word back. I have never heard of a restocking fee for 2 small, unopened packages that merely had to be put back on a shelf somewhere. I can see such fees for opened products that really do have to be repackaged before they can be re-sold, but this is ridiculous and I will never order from them or any of their other companies again.
