Sacha was very knowledgeable and helpful in the information she conveyed which gave me confidence in her abilities. Sacha then quickly and efficiently sorted my watch! Aberdeen Manager Claire went above and beyond to help out my grand daughter when she was choosing her birthday jewellery. She also organised to have a gold ring sent out to her by post in time for her birthday aswell and was very kind and helpful.
