When i popped into the store a few days before my wedding anniversary looking for a gift for my wife.
After a few minutes i found what i was looking for and a young lady asked if needed any help very polite she collected the item for me.
During payment just generally chatting I noticed that she had the same name as my wife and we joked about that.

Not very friendly girl wend I went to pick up my wife ring.

Item was exactly what I was looking for. My only disappointment was the box for the earrings came apart which was sad as they were a gift. I did ask for a plastic box but was refused.

I ordered ring , firstly the price was increased at checkout !! Secondly I’ve still not received the ring 2 weeks later ! No correspondence from store I phoned and was told they don’t know where it is !!! I’m phoning again tomorrow ! Basingstoke store

I came into your Basingstoke store to browse as I had a gift card to spend. The young lady was very helpful and while polishing the necklace that I purchased she noticed a black discoloration on the chain, without a second thought she replaced it straight away.
I was very impressed with the service and I always find your assistants very helpful and friendly.
