Took my daughter to have her first ear piercing today Erica was very lovely made my daughter feel comfortable safe and calm very helpful with all the aftercare information.my daughter is so happy with her new earings. Thankyou we will come again to choose some more earings once her ears have healed.

Went in to get a watch strap adjusted and Sue was very helpful. 10 mins later went and collected it. Great service!

Went to bury branch at 4.45 yesterday with a minor repair on a gold ring!
The welcome was not what I expected!! The older lady gave me a horrible look as if I shouldn’t be there, ask if a repair can be done if it wasn’t to much trouble! Which it clearly was, gave me a price of £135.00 for a small repair, wasn’t happy with service so went to another jewellers got a lovely welcome and left ring to be fixed at the cost of £35.00 your staff need some customer service training! I’m in retail and she was shocking 🤨

Very friendly and helpful service. Made me feel very welcome and valued. Would highly recommend a visit.

Leanne was most helpful, very polite and cheerful. Wished us all the very best for our daughter’s wedding as we left.

Erica was absolutely lovely helped me with my broken gold jewellery whilst also entertaining my toddler! Made me feel completely at ease and happy to return

Don’t buy any Opal rings. Stones fall out after 12 occasions… I complained after the 12month warranty and basically, “repair” cost on me.

We went to the Bury St Edmunds store today as we had some additional funds on an insurance card but hadn't been able to spend it at another high street jewellers as they were really awkward about it. Erica was really friendly and patient with us as we chose some watches and jewellery. We had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend the store. 👍
