Would not recommend! Changed engagement ring when fixing it!

My partner brought my engagement ring from them. One of the stones fell out within 7 months of having it. To start with, the Ipswich shop refused to fix it and said it was accidental damage (I was incredibly careful with it and took it off to shower etc.) Eventually, the online customer service said it could be fixed under warranty. Then it was sent off (took ages to be fixed) and then it came back a different ring. I had three stones in my ring (All amethyst) the two small stones were changed. I was heartbroken. There was no communication, no checking it was ok. No mention when it was collected, almost like hopeful I wouldn't notice. We were given a £100 store credit as an apology, not sure how that helps as doesn't make me want to shop there again.

I took my 15 year old daughter into the…
I took my 15 year old daughter into the Ipswich branch to have a second piercing in her ears. Sadly, the piercing was done really badly.
The ears were pierced unevenly and one of the piercings was only 1mm away from her existing piercing. It would have been impossible for her to wear two earrings in that ear and impossible to wear two studs even in the other.
The woman who did the piercing was lovely but I would strongly advise not to have ears pierced in this establishment.

Ever since my Daughter lost money…
Ever since my Daughter lost money buying a Disney ring from H samuel they denied the refund was paid anyone one think twice buying online as my daughter lots over £110.00.Avoid Avoid!!!!
