Bought a beautiful ring staff very helpful.

Good product purchased with a decent selection of items.
The only reason for 4 stars not 5 was due to the staff being limited and not very well organised in dealing with Customers

I actually came to change an item but the service was great 👍

Staff we quite rude after I had to return a ring where the stone had fallen out and I was covered by insurance she went to speak to manager without explaining what she was doing and left us stood for 5 mins wondering what was happening then just said we will replace but you need to buy insurance again as won't be covered for more claim made everything feel like a chore and we felt like we were just an inconvenience for her

The shop assistant was helpful, and I chose some nice earrings for a birthday present, for my sister in law.

I went to the store to buy a pair of gold earrings. The person who served me was very helpful and had a pleasant manner. I was very satisfied with my shopping experience.

The customer service was excellent even wen i kept changing my mind the sales assistant didnt get mad and was so helpful thankyou so much
