Went to get eternity ring from Southport branch and ann the staff was very helpfull helping me get the right size and ordering for me.excellent service has allways all the staff and manager are a fantastic team well recommend 10 out of 10.

Ordered a £200 cross and chain online, got several emails telling me it was ready to collect in store, so I collected in store and got it home to find it was a £49 stainless steel one. Returned the next day and they accepted it was wrong but then couldn't find the one I had ordered. It was for a birthday so despite them offering to get me one from Swansea I declined and had to get them to refund my money. They said they would refund me for the chain but not the cost of gift wrapping, which I then had to query because why should I be charged for wrapping of an incorrect product and a gift they then cannot find! After some discussion it was agreed that the whole cost would be refunded. The young girl helping me was very nice but all in all very disappointed with her service and would not use again.

I purchased a watch from H. Samuel in Unit 43A, Liverpool 1 on Wednesday 10th January 2024. Alex served me and he was very knowledgable, helpful and patient while I chose my favourite out of many on display. Alex made me feel important as a customer and the whole experience was great. Some links had to be taken out for a better fit and they did it while we waited. My husband was buying it for a birthday present for me so I had a huge smile leaving the jewellers. So did my husband as the watch I chose was half price which he wasn't expecting!

life:style gift card, the problem I had was not with h.samuel but the gift card life:style it was too complicated to follow, once I reached h.samuel it was straight forward not your fault
it took me three days to work it all out and just made it in time to get my sale item.

Massive thank you to the Liverpool store for their fabulous customer service. Thanks to the manger for getting an ongoing issue rectified quickly for me. Thanks to Alex for his time, patience and experience in helping me pick a new ring. The store staff overall were helpful, friendly and offered great customer service.

Pretty easy to complete and the item was a low price.

My Son and partner purchased a citizen watch at Christmas had nothing but trouble been back to the shop four times.
I would never purchase anything from them

Went into Liverpool H. Samuels store bought a citizen watch paid for delivery was told there were none in Liverpool store but 4 in other stores was told it would be delivered Monday as I paid £4.95 for signed delivery Had no confirmation so rang up today only to be told the order had been cancelled. The problem is it takes up to 10 days for a refund on my card but the credit card will have to be paid I did not cancel the order but now they say there is none in stock not happy

Bought a new watch from H Samuel in Liverpool 1. Jackie was amazing in showing us the watch I wanted and I'm sure an 89.00 purchase doesn't really matter but Jackie took the time to adjust it to fit and set the time for me.
I have anxiety , depression and stress issues but Jackie sat us down on a couch and made us feel extremely valued as customers.
Well done Jackie 5* service all round.

My experience was very positive!
I was lucky to meet a young gentleman called Kasper/Casper (who works in your Liverpool city centre store) and who helped me patiently to choose two diamond rings and earrings.
Casper was very professional, friendly and customer focused. I hope you will treat him with good Christmas bonus, as he deserves it!

I’ve asked H Samual to repair my Wedding ring. This has proved to be absolutely beyond them, not the repair, just doing anything in 3 months. The store do not answer the phone, it just rings until it automatically disconnects. I’ve tried different times of day and different days. They don’t read or act upon emails saying get on with the repair. Inept, inefficient, incompetent.

Thanks for your reply however the supplied phone number rings four times then says my call “cannot be taken”. No way of selecting option 3. You’ve just added to my frustration!!!! Utterly hopeless!!!!

Went into h samuel in Liverpool City centre to buy our wedding rings. Staff were really lovely. Unfortunately, they had limited stock and both rings were paid for and delivery date set for the following week. My ring arrived, husbands did not. Tried to phone the store on 2 separate occasions over the space of 2 and half hours but no answer.

The next step was to call the helpline. I explained the issue to be told that the order had been cancelled as the ring was not in stock and that I would have had an email. After triple checking I confirmed no email had been sent. They stated I would have had a call off the store also. I reasoned that if I had a call from the store that I wouldn't be phoning customer service. They offered to put me through to the store or make me an appointment at the store or I could just pop in.

That weekend I went to the store to find it closed for a refurbishment... which is why I am assuming I couldn't get through on the telephone.. maybe an automated message may have been helpful h samuel. There was a sign to go to their sister company Ernest Jones. I have to say I have never one across such appalling customer service. The manager was extremely unhelpful to which became more upset. Couldn't give me a refund, nothing he could do, go to Birkenhead h samuel for a refund. I questioned as a sister company why rhey could not offer the refund , he just dismissed this. I explained that i could not get to Birkenhead The more upset I became the least bothered he was even when I said I wA travelling abroad that week with the rings. Completely disinterested.

So now I have one wedding ring and receipt for the other one which we don't have. The deal which we on my h2bs wedding ring was over half price at 399 (original 900) which I doubt we will now get. Shop is still shut with no date for reopening!

I bought my skagun watch from Samuelson and it needed its first battery replacement, because the watch has a lifetime guaranty I returned it to your shop you replaced the battery but when I got home I noticed the back of the watch had large deep scratches caused by numerous attempts to open it, I have phone the manager and will be going back to show him when I can

Cannot fault H Samuel. My hubby bought me an eternity ring and upon collection they polished up my wedding and engagement ring. Absolutely love this jewellers. A firm family favourite for years xxx

Very friendly and helpful staff, helped choose a perfect gift.

I bought my daughter a necklace for her birthday which was lovely and reasonably priced but the bracelet I ordered for my nieces christening was tarnished. I had used click and collect. When I pointed this out to the member of staff she asked if I wanted it cleaned..? I asked for another but she said this was the only one. She tried to clean it but it was still marked plus where a sticky tag had been, there was a residue which she also couldn’t remove so she had to refund me.

Excellent service helpfull, knowledgable, polite and frienly.

Ordered online for in store collection, was no fuss and very easy once in store, provided pick up confirmation email and proof of id ensured that the product was being received by the correct person which I was very pleased with. Very professional yet easy to talk to and quick in following procedures, explaining aftercare and future care and following social distancing guidelines. Overall very happy with my service and experience, would recommend and my boyfriend will love his reasonably priced yet high quality chain!
