Greeted and attended to in a very courteous manner by a lady named Karen. I went in to get get 3 new batteries for wrist watches. This was dealt with and I was told one watch battery still had life in it but just required an adjustment so I only paid for the other two. A very satisfactory visit and at reasonable prices.

Was served by Karen a few weeks ago when faced with the problem she seemed rude and unhelpful, however I went in a few days later and was served by a young polite blonde haired girl who helped me out straight away

The young lady that served me was extremely helpful . My necklace had broken whileci was out and i went in to get another one . I wanted the same length and she very kindly measured it for me. Then got out a couple of trays ranging from lower to higher price range which i appreciated as i couldnt afford a really exoensive chain and i would have been embarrassed to say so . Got it insured too . Very helpful . Thank you . It was Redhill shop

We were getting rings for Ruby anniversary. The lady in the shop was excellent and helpful. She even allowed me to try the rings I wanted that she wore as my size wasn't available. I thought that was very kind. She ordered both our rings. Mine arrived in 4 working days and my husbands arrived to be sent for enlarging but the lady asked him to go in and try as there was a space which could mean it fitted. He went and it was perfect fit. We were able to exchange both our rings on our Ruby Anniversary thanks to the ladies care.
