Not going again.
Staff inside Sutton hsamuel are the worst. Don’t know anything and basically keep no stock of any sizes. When we had to order size in with our wedding only a week away they never bothered to inform us it was in store even after trying to call. Terrible service.

Recently I visited the branch in Sutton Coldfield with my husband. My husband brought me a gold Cross and separate chain, and a new watch for my birthday. The sales assistant was so helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. She really had a professional approach, was kind and patient. Really happy with my purchase. Shop was very covid safe and glad I chose H. Samuel, as opposed to the many other jewellery shops there were nearby.
