I took my daughter to get her ears pierced this week at the Swansea store.
Emily was so lovely and took her time preparing the area and making it a lovely experience. My daughter is thrilled. Thanks again Emily.

Five stars for a very poor service after-care don’t have one as as in the store. Another gentleman asked about happening with fixing his watch they told him to go and see somebody who fixes watches. We went in there for a mistake that they made speaking to the store manager, not sure if I’m able to use the word clueless. Absolute poor service I was a customer for quite a long number of years for the experience I’ve had of the after-care no more. My little boy was very ill at this store laying down we had to just leave with a problem that we had with them hopefully shut them down. They don’t deserve to be there. How many more Customers have they done this to?

My pocket watch was returned to me following a repair. I was concerned that it didn't seem to be working OK. Contacted the store and without any fuss or quibble, they agreed to return it their repair Team. This week they got in touch to say that the watch was back with them and their repair Team had tested it over 24 hours and there was nothing wrong. The repair Team suggested that I was being too cautious in winding it! The store contacted me to say it was ready for pick up. I asked if they could post it to me and, again without any fuss or quibble, they said yes. All of this, with no cost to me. Brilliant service and everyone, particularly Sarra with whom I had the most contact, was so friendly, helpful and polite. Really excellent and stress free experience. Highly recommended!

The young Lady Leena from the Quadrant Swansea Branch who attended to me was very patient, polite and pleasant so much so after looking at the jewellery
purchased a beautiful ring and a watch.

Called in the Swansea store today to get a watch for everyday use as my trusty seiko died and seiko wanted my life savings to repair it, saw a lovely citizen eco drive with a 6 year warranty for £299 , I was seen to straight away by a lovely girl called Harley and was told the watch was now £149 she took a few links out and I was on my way , fantastic service 👍👍👍👍👍

Swansea branch was amazing advising and helping me get the perfect ring even though I ordered online thank you so much.

My twin girls had the second ears piercing and honestly both Harley and Emily are a credit to company not only reassuring my girls and me but doing so with highest of professionalism

Popped into H Samuel today and was greeted by an Amazing lady, Kim ❤️ I was given Exceptional service with a Smile 😁 and settled on an awesome deal with a new G-Shock Casio and Kim even added a 2 year cover for next to nothing!

Needless to say, Amazing Service provided today and I will definitely be returning to my new favourite store Again!

Kim in the Swansea store helped daughters partner find the perfect engagement ring. Having found 2 he liked he was told to have a cuppa tea and come back as he couldn’t decide. When he came back he had found a ring online in the sale she got the ring out of the display and even matched their online sale price! Still a little over his budget but SOLD!

Swansea store in the quadrant. Got served by a lady called Kim, she was very helpful and efficient and made the experience a pleasant one. It was really warm in the store though, so for people who have certain medical conditions, that may cause problems. Thank you for your help Kim!
