Don't order the same item thinking it will be the same. They will use different products the switch up on the next order. Small mistake that leads to big problems. Unprofessional company to let this happen.

I tell you what!---- this guy named Tony at main customer service is something else! Knowledgeable, efficient, suggestive, qualified, and always our GO TO to restocking supplies for our grows. We don't mind putting the extra money in the genetics and nutrient supplies so we always trust in Tony. HTG supply is awesome company and great prices! I gave them a call and they were super helpful! shout-out to Tony! I just wanted to make sure they were a legit company before placing an order & they went above and beyond my expectations, will definitely order from here again

I would give ZERO STARS, if I could. This is a worthless useless company. I bought four "FLORALUX 400w Metal Halide Grow Light" kits at a reduced priced. I found out WHY they were reduced: They were either old, damaged, or all of the above! I put them in my newly built basement grow room for my vegetables because the temperatures outside just changed. Plugged in these four grow lights I got from HTGSupply which last 24 hours and ALL of the ballasts went out, OVER NIGHT! Will NEVER buy from this horrible company again. DO NOT BUY from these people. They discount items that are either damaged, going out of stock, or are inferior in quality. RUN from HTGSupply. PERIOD.

I placed an order 5 days ago. $250 worth and haven't heard a thing from these guys. The phone number just rings 8 times and hangs up. I have emailed them, no response. Their website says they ship in under 3 days. But the whole website is a lie. Had to just order from Amazon. They won't let me cancel the order either. Just sitting in limbo, hoping I haven't been scammed by this joke of a company

I bought a 8 pack of T5HO bulbs that ended up being 78 dollars including shipping which I thought was a little expensive but they arrived a few days early well packed and worked so I am happy,

I purchased budda grow and bloom on the recommendation of the person at the store, since I wanted all organic. After using the grow I noticed I dropped the ph to 4. And, others online said it’s damn near impossible to get ph up to 6.5. Completely unacceptable. I called the store and they wouldn’t let me return the unopened Budda Bloom. I’ll never spend another dollar in that store and you shouldn’t either.

I’ve been going to Htg for years. One one the reasons for was convince and loyalty points but with a person like me can easily spend 10,000$ a year and then I look to see what my loyalty points can get me is basically like putting a quarter in gum ball machine, besides they don’t sell vermifire anymore. So this is very disappointing. There’s plenty of other shops that are competitive and I’m pretty sure this is what I’m going to do. Very sad ! Don’t get me wrong, the staff is great but I’m going to start giving my business elsewhere. Please look up my purchases then you’ll see in no cheap skate but I believe you have lost my business. I’m pretty sure after others see this review they will follow. Just remember Htg caused me to go elsewhere. Very very sad. I foresee this company dissapearing . I speak truth, I don’t over inflate anything. Good luck. But I’ll be shooting elsewhere

Had a great experience cannot wait to move in the best part yet it has a dog park a beautiful clean pool and the grass look very clean.... I believe the manager was the one that helped me her name was Jessica she was very motivated and always had a smile on her face she helped me with every question that I ask amazing recommended this property to anyone...

Bought some supplies in March, saw all the reviews and more thought nothing from it. So I have a shot. I couldn’t open my package due to moving situations bc of the pandemic just now opened my package and parts of my package was missing.. contacted the customer support and nothing yet..
Edit: talked to customer service, they said they will send a new one. Hopefully they will soon
Update: supplies came in they shipped it within few days thank you to clay from customer service

out of all companies i dont give a hoot what they promise you,no one,an i mean no one!besides htg supply as far as hydroponics is honest and quick with there shipping an prices.my god thank you htg suppl,i just ordered 50hrs ago i believe less than,an my package came just now,everything too...do not order from monster gardens.com they are not legit i shopped six stores at one time to test the theory,thank you again htg supply,thats legit buisness

Fair pricing and shipped quickly. Had trouble finding what I needed else where in stock thankfully they did, have ordered thru them a few times over the years and always have been a good experience

Lights were packaged well and came in good condition. Shipping was upgraded to 3-day shipping -by suprise-, for free. I am very satisfied with my purchase from htgsupply.com

Wow, best online company I have ever dealt with. Don't know what the other reviewer is talking about?? If he had a problem, why didn't he call? Talked with a guy on the phone for about 25 minutes that helped me get exactly what I needed, even sold me a less expensive unit than I had originally wanted. These techs are super knowledgeable, most of the other guys selling stuff online, you can't even call, and if you can, they have no idea of what they are selling. HTGsupply has my business forever. When I am near to the Taylor MI store I always stop there, but I live about 3 hours away, so I usually order online, prices are about half at HTGsupply than they are at some of the local hydro shops, I even took a defective pump that I had bought online and they replaced it at the Taylor store, no problem

After a total of 5 emails and two weeks waiting, I have heard NOTHING back from HTG. HORRIBLE customer service. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I used to order from the website, but now they opened a huge store less than an hour from my house. I haven't had any problems with the stuff from the website or the store. I have purchased from them since about Sept of 2007. I had a problem once that I ordered the bloom bulbs instead of the grow, but they were able to correct it for me so NO PROBLEM.
