Not used this company before and won't again. Very difficult to actually use them to buy. I ordered an item which claimed everything had gonethrough in the ordering. Email received which said items were on their way. In reality there wasn't the stock available. Very amateur. Will take my business elsewhere. You might find it an idea too.

A pair of what appeared to be excellent shoes (very comfortable in the store etc.) - soon showed unacceptable wear on the soles - will be returned to the manufacturer.

I ordered shoes that were dispatched by Humphries to Royal Mail but never received by Royal Mail for onward delivery to me. I requested a refund as this was an issue at Humphries end. Humphries refused a refund saying that if the shoes turned up I would keep them and the refund. Disgusting customer service. Will never shop here again. Untrustworthy company taking innocent customers money and not providing goods.

I've ordered from Humphries shoes many times and never been disappointed. My recent order only yesterday, lovely Caprice leather ankle boots, already arrived and i'm so pleased with them! Great website, great service, great quality and great prices! Highly recommend!

I found Humphries by chance looking online. Big selection of Gola trainers at a great sale price. Good quality, well packed and quick delivery. So pleased they’re a long established UK company and will definitely order from them again.

I bought some wellies and after a few wears it was apparent they were faulty. I contacted the customer service and they were outstanding. Sorted the issue out professionally and swiftly. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you very much.

I ordered a pair of Pikolino boots which arrived very quickly I decided to ask for an exchange and returned them for a different colour the service was amazing they even reserved the colour I wanted just in case they sold out before mine were received back to them the boots are lovely and very comfortable this is my second pair and I can say they are the best boots I have ever worn

Was looking for specific pair of trainers. They had them in stock, in my size on both occasions, posted out quickly, good price, love the colour.

I must admit living in the south east i had never heard of Humphries Shoes. However I found the sandals I wanted online and their service was outstanding. Just wish they had a shop near me because you do need to try
shoes . I only ordered online because I had tried them in a shop in Stamford in a different colour.

Bought children's school shoes from here twice online. One pair broke after a very short time and customer service was brilliant. They also have very competitive prices and I will seek them out when possible. Wonderful to support a family business too.

I have used humphries for my son’s school shoes for a few years, delivery and price have always been excellent!
It was not until this year I ordered my son Clarkes shoes and unfortunately the sole came off after a month!
I rang Humphries and spoke to a lady called Kate, without hesitation she said just return them and gave me multiple options to either replace them or refund them and even advised on maybe changing as the style of shoe maybe not the best choice as I have a footballing son!
Unfortunately humphries did not have a replacement my son liked and we just had a refund! I ordered shoes from elsewhere and actually felt guilty because the customer service was so good!
I don’t know if these reviews are read but Firstly Kate and secondly Humphries shoes a big thankyou and I will always recommend!
