I’ve been a customer of HW audio for at least 20 years now and cannot praise the service and the products enough simply outstanding I’ve mover come out of this shop without my problem being solved in the best possible way staff goes out of their way to help me every time I need it

As a gigging musician, I found myself in need of new cables recently, with a number of mine having reached the end of their lives. I came in and received amazing customer service from Bobby, who made sure that I got the best cables to suit my needs. They were an upgrade on my previous cables and haven't let me down yet. I purchased a selection of jack leads, and XLR cables. I will definitely be back for more items in the future!

I honestly cannot praise the customer service aswell as after sales assistance I received from this store enough. They were absolutely amazing. Even months after buying equipment, if I had any questions, they helped in every way possible. Any sound system or musical instruments I need, i will always shop here first. Sound system, products all still like new. I bought a couple of years ago.

I have been using HW Audio for many years and my lasted purchase was a Fender Stratocaster which I'm very happy with. They always have a great selection of new and used guitars available... can't wait to see what they have in for 2026..

Your member of staff Bobby was so so helpful and tended to all my needs even though I didn’t know much about what I wanted he was courteous and calm and went through everything in detail to advise me on what equipment I needed! We have always found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable. We have bought many items and even sold items through HW Audio Ltd. and have always been satisfied with their professional help in all matters.

Nothing is to much for the team at HW Audio and only place I get my equipment from for my Entertainment Business. I could order online and yes I may save a couple of quid here and there but when you have an issue its a nightmare to deal with online sellers in the case of sending back waiting for repairs etc then getting them back

The items that we buy lets face it is technology it goes wrong issues happen but the beauty of buying at HW Audio is if you have an issue you have somewhere to go back to and see someone face to face no emails no phone calls just honest people who help you

I deal with Bobby most of the time and nothing is never to much trouble but i do deal with the rest of the team aswell and all very knowledgeable in the items they sell and also they are not in the market just to try and sell you the most expensive product they ask you a number of questions to show you products that suit your use case.

Just to sum this review up shop local or lose the valuable knowledge where you can see someone face to face 😊

I have used this shop for many years, everything from buying strings and drum heads, guitar repairs and asking for obscure advice, the team are knowledgeable and patient and no request is too big.

Bobby was great, super lovely and really helped me out with what equipment is the best for me , great team!
