The tile itself is beautiful but sadly, the quality doesn’t quite match the cost. During cutting the coating cracked which left the edges looking untidy. If I had had more time I would probably have returned the item, but my project was already coming to an end. In the future I would likely consider an alternative product. On the positive side the customer service was very helpful and managed to dispatch the item the same day so I received it the following day as expected
Resposta da Hyperion Tiles
Thank you for the honest feedback, Elena, and we're sorry the Off White Dado Rail Moulding didn't cut as cleanly as it should have. Glazed mouldings cut best on a wet cutter with a continuous-rim diamond blade, glazed face up and a slow, steady feed, which keeps the glaze from chipping at the edge - but that is guidance we should be giving up front, and we'll take it on board. If the finished edges are still troubling you, please email info@hyperiontiles.co.uk or call 01344 620211 with your order number and we'll do what we can to put it right. We're glad the same-day dispatch helped keep your project on track. - The Team at Hyperion Tiles
