A superb service from start to finish! The whole team are excellent to communicate with and exceptionally helpful and friendly. It made the whole process very smooth and we felt supported every step of the way. We loved "being the agent" and couldn't be happier with our new tenants. 2nd sale with this company - can't be beaten on price or service
Iamtheagent realise that you are the best person to show people around your property and put you in control of when people come to view. You can have as much or little support as you want and are always there with any queries. I have sold with them twice now - both times resulting in a property sale in under a week! Why bother with commission based/high street estate agents. You also have the benefit of having your buyers details to keep updated as the sale progresses. Highly recommended!

An excellent alternative to an antiquated system
I Am The Agent offers a great alternative to using an estate agent, which can often lead to frustration and confusion. There is no doubt when using IATA that they are on YOUR side! Dealing directly with the buyer adds clarity to whole procedure.
With an easy-to-use online platform , great customer service and helpful add-ons, I would fully recommend this option. If you have a relatively straight-forward sale you could save thousands and move on really quickly.

Renting out Property
I was astonished at how easy it was to rent out my property with I am the Agent. They offer an extremely professional, straightforward service at an inexpensive price in order to find the right tenant. It was refreshing to personally speak to and meet the tenants who were interested in my property. I also found the staff very helpful and friendly who genuinely wanted to ensure I was happy with the service provided. I would fully recommend I am the Agent, it is a great way to rent out your property professionally.

Great value and gets people round to view!
Excellent value for money for getting onto all the main websites for maximum exposure - had plenty of viewings very quickly - watch out for the cowboys as you're doing you're own vetting - there's plenty out there that aren't serious buyers or just come round to put in a very stupid offer - but on the whole, quality prospects - and it didn't take long to get a committed buyer at a fair price. Requested a For Sale board that arrived promptly and didn't take very long to erect with a spare baton of timber that I had. So, overall, a very cost-effective sale. I'd just like them to consider recycling the For Sale boards - I would have happily have passed it on to another local person who had signed up for their service.

You get what you pay for!
I was very pleased when I found that I could get my properties advertised on the main portals for a very reasonable price. I much preferred using my own time to do the work required to write a decent description upload photos etc. The advert generated lots of enquiries and within a few days we had our new tenant. Even when things went wrong with her checks it was easy to make the advert live again and again after just a couple of days we had a new tenant. You may ask why, if everything was so well I have only given an average score? I have contacted I am the agent 4 times to tell them I do not receive a notification email to say someone has made an enquiry. No one has got back to me and nothing has been done. I also have a property for sale and completely missed one enquiry /potential buyer because I didn't check my account every day. If this issue was sorted I would have recommend them 100%

Brilliant service!
We have used I am the Agent for renting out and selling our property. We have had lots of interest as a result of our flat being so widely seen on the web. Viewing requests came through swiftly. It is very easy to upload information to their site and I like the fact I can log back on to see the viewing requests other than just into my email box. I had to call them with a query and the phone was answered quickly - so all good! A brilliant concept and much cheaper than agency fees!

Brilliant Service
I am the Agent is brilliant. It allows you to advertise your property on major domains like rightmove, primelocation and etc. This is usually not possible if you don't sign up with an estate agent who takes a commission. I am the Agent allows you to do just that with a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended.

Worth Using....
Used as a quick try before going down the usual Agent route but didnt need to as it worked a dream in the end. Sold in a short space of time with little fuss....so yes we would use them again.

a really good experience overall
this was a really good experience because it put us totally in charge and we didn't have to pay commission to an estate agent. I never realised how easy it is to sell a house. i don't know why people even need estate agents for this. The negatives were small: they forgot to deliver a 'for sale' sign. Not that bad. I found it hard dealing directly with the purchasers when they were making offers. It would have helped to have a 'go-between' to act as a buffer between us but overall it was a good way to sell a house and i'd definitely recommend it if you want to save money and don't mind 'talking shop'.
